Every time we order here they forget something in our bag. The side sauces, the gravy, the biscuits, they always forget something and I have to go back, they even forgot my drink. The staff has zero attention to detail and the management needs to fix this, it’s ridiculous. jollybee and Popeyes never forget anything. You need better training or to hire people that care about customers getting what they pay for. The worst KFC I have ever been to in my life.

I know fast food is bad but.. NEVER had I eaten piece of what I thought was chicken and find that there are WHISKERS coming out of what I'd just bit into !!!! I am so disgusted. This location's food service gets a -100 /10.

I usually pass by this KFC every Thursdays on my way to work as a treat to myself but today I went out of the ordinary and ordered a four piece chicken, tender with coleslaw as I was eating the coleslaw. I noticed something in it. As I look closely into the coleslaw, I noticed, some thing that look like a worm or maybe even a Maggitt in it I was so disgusted I threw it all the way, and will never eat KFC again

I ordered a spicy chicken when I pulled it out the bag all of the pickles were stacked on top of each other the meat and the bun was not evenly in the white rapper that you use to put around it before you put it in the foil bag was not wrapped which made everything pretty much fall apart as I was pulling it out the the

Went to the drive-thru at about 8:30 p.m. and tried to order some food for that night's dinner. The young man that took my order was harsh and I'm professional. He acted as though he was on a street corner trying to be tough. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different young man with tattoos all over the arms but, he was professional at reciting my order. When I asked for an add-on meal, he made me park outside the establishments boundaries so he could bring it out to me when it was done. When I received my food the order was not correct. I inform him that the order was incorrect and so it had to be fixed but in all I spent 20 minutes out of drive-thru. And when I got my food home, the presentation was crude and distasteful. I guarantee not to go back there ever again during that time of the night with that particular crew. Totally disgusted.

Most of the time they get my order correct, but 20% they don't. Prices are on the higher side than other tb/kfc locations, they haven't had any KFC chicken deals in a VERY VERY long time. But their chicken is good. Drive thru usually runs pretty smoothly, not usually a very long wait. Staff is helpful & nice most of the time. Parking lot is ok. Public transit is close by. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM THEY GOT YOUR ORDER WRONG. I've been going here for several years. Bring back KFC coupons.
Second time they did not have ANY chicken breasts. If they stop cooking in the evening then they should just close early. No point in wasting someone's time. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I was ordering that they were out found out at the window. Too late by then to choose something else. Horrible place to go.

[0.7/5.0] If you had a great day today and want to ruin it for dinner, you would go to this establishment. I got the spicy famous bowl (peep the pic). They added extra extra extra oil, I might end up in the hospital after writing this review. I hope this is not a message from God. It was like a swamp of oil. I almost threw it away but I didn't want to waste my precious $7. I'm afraid of what my body will experience in the next few hours, I think this bowl is going to be coming out of both ends.

I was looking for my receipt before I wrote this review. First off the sitting area was clean but behind the counter was dirty. The bathrooms were closed to the public. It took me a few minutes to debate if I was going to order or not. I ended up order even though I wasn't sure and when I tell you I got sick; I got sick. I was throwing up everywhere after only eating some of the nacho fries. I tried calling KFC but no one answered the phone. Please refund me.
