Came here on a busy Saturday night after dinner, specifically for dessert. Located at the same shopping plaza as the Serramonte mall, there is plenty of parking and lots of people coming in and out. You can get boba, create your own Taiwanese shaved ice dessert bowls, get mochi, etc. We waited in line and decided to get the Ice Grass Jelly Signature bowl that comes with glutinous taro balls, grass jelly, shaved ice, and complimentary creamer on the side. It's a mixture of warm taro balls and the shaved ice, I like the different textures and the grass jelly has a warm feeling to it. If you check in on Yelp you can get a Q mochi sampler which are pieces of mochi. I have yet to try their drinks but they have tons of options, lots of people were getting drinks to go and this is also a spot where people can hang out and catch up over dessert. They're open fairly late too, which can be hard to find in this area. The service was great and the workers were very friendly.

I would give zero star if that's an option. Low quality dessert for high price. No egg waffle available at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Hot red bean soup signature (asked server regarding lack of ingredients and she said that's the correct portion - which looks NOTHING like the ad)Q Mochi & Caramel Pudding (mochi has no flavor, brittle instead of chewy, likely been refrigerated)Very disappointed.

Tldr: solid price for Taiwanese dessertMy go to is the double taro signature! The fresh taro paste is yummy, paired with grass jelly. Only tough thing is this location gets packed during most night times and they close fairly earlier. They have a decent amount of seating!

This Meet Fresh location is located in a separate building in the Serramonte parking lot between Cost Plus and Ross. Parking was sufficient on a Friday afternoon, there were plenty of spots out front.Looks like online ordering was down when I went so had to stand in line to order but it was not a long wait.Our to go order consisted of only 2 jasmine milk tea with boba. The tea was just the right sweetness and sweet and chewy.
Didn't even get the chance to order. Was the first in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my money... Finally got tired of it and asked this male employee for help. He even answered a phone order before I asked him for help. He said "No, no help. We are understaffed". I had no comment and left immediately, what a great response...hahahSuch bad customer service. If you guys are understaffed anyway, why even open? Please train your employees to answer in a manner way, unacceptable.

Came in late around 6-8pm (can't remember) with friends for something sweet. When we came in we thought they were maybe closed because there wasn't anybody in there aside from one other person. When ordering, the server was quick and made it easy. We sat down and waited for like probably 5 minutes honestly. There was a lot of staff on hand maybe like 5 of them total behind the counter. The strawberry milk shaved ice tasted like a dream, sweet, creamy, fresh, and cold!!! The strawberry smoothie on the other hand.... also delicious, legit strawberry milkshake and smoothie fusion BUUTT there was a *THICK* and literally and I'm not even kidding, emphasis on the thick... thick layer of cheese foam maybe like two inches. The cup was paper so I couldn't see so when I took a sip..... that sip was ONLY CHEESE FOAM LMAO AND IT WAS SO SALTY I SWEAR I GUZZLED SO MUCH OF IT BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WOULD GET THE SMOOTHIE EVENTUALLY. I had to physically scoop out a lot of it ): but after fixing the ratio and mixing the drink it was a 9/10 Cute ambiance, easy-going, and the clean restroom available for customers!As we sat eating our sweets, lots of people came in and ordered and got their food within a few minutes from what I remember.

Worst customer service in a bubble tea shop! The cashier turned away and talked on the phone while taking our order. The cashiers love to roll their eyes at customers. Stay away~

Solid location.! I have been going to the one in Cupertino but the Daly City location has been almost as good. I got the Icy grass jelly signature with boba and tofu pudding. The portion of grass jelly ice on the bottom was much smaller than I expected, but it still hit the spot.There is plenty of seating and the workers were quick and efficient with the order. Great for a simple desert on the go as well:))

Expensive for a med shave ice. Too sweet and it is ice not shaved ice like the one you get in L.A. The staffs are not friendly or helpful. It's my first time and will be my last time doing business's in this place.
