Was here on President Day. Waiting for seats for a bit. Service was great. Was here for dim sum and tastes good. Not very expensive compare to other dim sum places I went to. Overall, it was good, other than arranging seats. Unfortunately, There is no parking lot. You need to find parking spaces on the street.

Dim Sums are very good, delicious. Some of them are much better than other restaurants. Services are excellent, and I feel like at home, family.

Chow fun was extremely salty and one of the desserts that we ordered was stale and slimy. Yuck! When mentioned to the waitress, she just denied it and told us nothing was wrong. I'm definitely not a returned customer to this place.

Easy to find parking (part of the nearby mall so we parked in the big lot there). We ordered the taro clam clay pot and steamed garlic eggplant. The eggplant is AMAZING!! Even my two-year old daughter who rarely eats veggie likes it. The clay pot is not bad either. They also have lots of great seafood options. Will def come back.Somewhat children friendly. (Clean high chair, TV, enough space). I don't remember if they have a changing table or not. Overall the food is amazing! They have a pond with lots of goldfish which kept my little one entertained.

We've been coming to this location for countless times over the years even before the restaurant was remodeled and changed hands. We usually come here for dim sum (which I have enjoyed every bite) but the most recent visit was for dinner. I provide you one data point that on a Sunday evening, close to 8pm there wasn't any wait for a party of 3. The service seemed good for us. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions. The dishes are currently pricer (around $20+ per plate) than we were used to but @ least in terms of quantity it was not too little and the taste was good.We ordered fried rice, Chinese style fried chicken, eggplant pork and tofu salted fish pot. I didn't have issues with any of the dishes and every bite was satisfying. It was more than enough food for 3 and we had leftovers enough for a 4th person. Also note that you get "red bean sand" for dessert. :)This is a restaurant that my family and I would return to every so often. So maybe I might be a bit biased. But hopefully, if you do end up here, you'll enjoy it as much as I did. :)

This full service restaurant is far the best dim sum for the area. I had planned a cemetery visit recently. I usually go for Koi Palace but sad has gotten pricey for what you get! I checked my Yelp app to see what my choices available. I went here I believed sometime many years ago but I believed they had completed renovation the ambience superb. We were seating immediately before the lunch rush. Well everything was so good tasty everything was fresh and hot, big portions especially dim sum absolutely delicious food every dish and reasonable priced. This is definitely my new gem.

Overall, a classy Dim Sum 飲茶 Hong Kong restaurant. When you arrive, and it is crowded, you would want to grab a number from the hostess. This way you can wait while you get it. When you do, the place is quite snug and slightly chilly. When you order, it's from a markable paper menu. You just Mark what you want and the quantity next to the picture. So you don't even need to know or read Chinese. I got the XO pork roll, shrimp, dumpling, pork dumpling, beef ball, Fried shrimp, dumpling, pork, eggplant, and Hong Kong style, eggplant chow meinOverall, the food was delicious, and worth bringing people over.

My family and I like to come to this Chinese restaurant. Their food is pretty good and their prices are decent! The restaurant itself isn't that big, but they're lines aren't that long. They usually only have a 15-20 min wait time. Their lunch and dinner are both pretty decent! They serve their food pretty fast. And the waiters dont have rude attitudes. The parking is just hard to find outside the restaurant. But you can park at the home Depot or Safeway parking lot.

Subpar food. Most items we got were super oily and lacking in flavor. Service was whatever. Our noodle soup was forgotten until we had to flag a waiter down for a reminder. There were so many waiters speed walking around the restaurant, but none of them could be flagged lolll.
