Fat Asian guy ( shift manager) with the eyeglasses and bad attitude tried to give me a raw pizza. I'm not dumb, I can read your body language and upset glances towards the guy who prepared my pizza...I'm looking at my clock on the phone the whole time pizza went inside the oven for only 3 minutes and tried to give me a raw pizza. Nope, told him to put it in back in the oven for a few more minutes. Guy got upset but did as I told him. After 5 minutes now pizza is cooked. Don't play me just cus I drive for Uber , I'm not stupid. I work hard for my money risking my life on the road. Thank God I didn't tip. I'm going to find out who the manager is, this is B.S discrimination. If you got the money and patience, go to real pizzeria.

Honestly this place is such a good deal for what you get with ur money. It's unlimited toppings for a personal size pizza for only $11.49!!! They had all the common pizza toppings (had blue cheese!) and the pizza itself honestly tasted so good. Definitely gonna come back here again if I'm ever craving pizza!

This place is our go-to spot when we're craving some thin crust ?. This would've been a 5 ? review if it wasn't for the price. It's a bit on the pricey side, but we get it. That's inflation for ya. Lol. Beyond that, this place is legit, and the staff is pretty cool. Never had bad service. And I have T-mobile. ? ? ok, sorry for that terrible dad-joke. I recommend ?Vegetarian options: Decent selection of food of the vegetarian variety. I don't really care, though. I'm an omnivore

Went to the Novato location. If I could give minus stars, I would. The place was nearly empty, but the service was slow and the staff were grumpy and didn't start my order for several minutes although they were just standing around. One staff person ordered me to leave and come back (I stayed). The food was beyond awful and NOT what I ordered. The pizza had zero flavor and the pizza pie was completely burned black on both sides, overly salty and completely inedible; had to throw both out. I asked for a refund and they refused. NEVER, ever going there again nor to any of their other locations.

Unfortunately I can't leave a positive review. Lady making (burning pizzas) gave me major attitude and dirty looks when I realized I couldn't eat here because of cross contamination of an allergy. Told worker "so change your gloves" doesn't help with food contamination.. no offer of an I'm sorry, would you like a drink? Nothing. Didn't even call out names when pizzas were ready sooo ya being first timers will also be last timers
I had four cheese taco or what looked similar to a taco. It was a waste, The cheese was completely oozed out of the main bread and was no more enjoyable to eat.

This is the dirtiest place ever. Had to ask for a towel to clean off a table. Went into the bathroom to wash hands, zero soap, and the place was trashed. So grossed out.
