They always take forever to get your order out. Even if you order ahead on the app or website. I got there 2 mins after the pickup time and they hadn't even looked at my ticket yet. The food is good, at least.Parking: There are a very small number of parking spots. More at the plaza across the street.

Before the order was even made, I noticed on the receipt, it wasn't 100% correct. Asked the person in charge to change the order to the correct items. No can do. Asked to cancel the order & start a new one. No can do. Asked for a refund. No can do & was told to contact "Corporate". Placed a charge dispute claim with my bank cuz I know from past experience, contacting "Corporate" fast food offices is futile.

I ordered the Spicy TRUFF Blackened Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich. This was my first time ordering the blackened chicken. The blackened chicken tasted bland but the sauce helped out a lot. I definitely enjoy the fried chicken way more. I really enjoyed the TRUFF sauce that came with the sandwich. I also shared fried chicken and mashed potatoes. The fried chicken was so crunchy. I love the gravy that comes on top of the mashed potatoes. The gravy has a creamy meaty taste.

This is a good Popeyes location. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. My chicken sandwich and nuggets were OK. When I went on a Saturday evening, there was a short wait for online orders as well as counter orders. This is much better than the San Bruno or the San Francisco where wait times can be over 30 minutes. Good job staff at this Popeyes.
This is literally the only Popeyes I go to within SF Bay Area because it has a drive thru option. It really is pretty convenient and not need to worry about long lines or finding parking like the Colma location. In regards to parking there is tons of parking for this location if you wanted to eat inside or do a walk in take out. The really big plus about this location is the drive thru and fast service. The food is always good and hits the spot. I tend to only stick with the chicken since it's already made and is a fast to order.

When we first got here we could see from the parking lot the door was propped open and people were sitting in the dining area waiting for orders. Then we got to the door and noticed how hot it was inside, I don't know if their AC wasn't working but that should be fixed immediately. Can't have the workers trying to work in that hot kitchen and the store is hot too, plus you don't want to leave the door open where flies and bugs or maybe even rodents can just come in on your food or guests. We ordered all breasts and large containers of red beans and rice. The food was good, but we waited long. We checked back at the counter why it was taking so long and the guy said he forgot to give the person in back our order, wow! They just need to organize a little bit more and fix the heat situation, otherwise they had really nice customer service interactions.

PLEASE do not go here. Spent about $50 on chicken and got a lot of pieces with weird hair shaped bits attached to the chicken? More expensive than other popeyes for no reason either.
