If I've been to a real Red Ribbon bakery shop, I really don't remember. I'm usually seeing their products in other stores, but this is a stand alone store. Really clean inside, and quick service. Got their: Ube flan: way too sweet, never getting this again Mocha bread: really good with a nice coffee flavor Butter original: decent and buttery Would definitely buy the bread again.
Even though it's a bakeshop, they also have some hot savory food items to choose from as well. I decided to try a couple of their empanadas - both the beef and pork were delicious - the meat inside was moist and full of flavor and the pastry it was baked into was buttery and crumbling once you bit into it. Few months ago, I brought a Ube Coconut Roll for one of our aunties' party. She loved it. And so did everyone else apparently because later that week I was asked if I could bring another one for a different party. Delicious and I love the pretty purple and white colors.
