I don't usually give reviews if they're gonna be negative but my last experience at this Safeway made me break that rule. I came here a few days ago and the cashier was so slow at helping the customer ahead of me out. She seemed either new or just poorly trained. After taking almost 15 minutes to help the lady in front of me with what was maybe a dozen items, she finally began ringing me up. This is my local Safeway. Recently, I've had issues with service at the deli counter. I've gone after work on three occasions between 5:30-6:30 PM, and despite workers behind the counter, they tell me they are closed. I'm not sure why they close the deli so early consistently and still show hours until 8 PM on their website. It is very frustrating.

It was a clean Safeway store. We walked around most of the store just trying to figure out what we wanted to buy to eat for dinner. The deli area had a nice selection of foods. Different salads and hot cooked foods. Went to the back and checked out the fresh seafood, tried deciding on what fish to fry, but then thought about how much more work that would take when we just needed something quick.
