I’m frankly disappointed in the service received today. I get that this is a busy location but it’s no order or structure in here. I charged as I waited for my drink and my drink took so long that I had to take penalties on my charging for waiting so long. But I didn’t give them 1 star for the long wait time. I gave one start because of the poor service. I sat back and observed as the baristas were rude and gave the other customers attitude. I saw one girl with the short black hair roll her eyes when a customer asked for extra cream. When I asked for sugar the lady didn’t help me because she said her hands were dirty. So in that case that’s when you wash your hands to assist me. I will not be attending this Starbucks again because of the bad service and the negative attitudes the baristas present. The coffee tasted terrible it was over burned and watered down .

I bought a cup of coffee then when I came back for a fifty cent refill, 4 splendas extra cream, they wanted to charge me full price for the second cup. I got angry and said no thanks and walked out. I’m a writer and I like my coffee, lots of it, but I won’t come back. I will frequent coffee shops that are more friendly to neighborhood artists. The team were not as friendly as the other Starbucks places.I do not like how these team rolling their eyes, not being friendly. They are mean and nasty.

I've been coming to this starbucks for over 5 years and the staff has always been great and very quick with the service. Today I placed my order through the app and when I came in they had done the order wrong. Which I completely understand! Mistakes happen! The issue began when I tried getting one of the workers attention. They were talking amongst themselves (which i also understand because i know work can be boring) but i called out more than twice for help and no one even bothered to turn around (Despite the fact they saw us standing there) I had to raise my voice in order to get some help. The girl that helped me just through my drink into the blender and then gave it back and it was just messy and I was given attitude. The drink came back wrong, again. It was the new Frozen Mango dragonfruit lemonade. At this point I didn't want to continue bothering them so I just left. I've never had an issue with this store before): I'm so disappointed.

i love this place sm i always go after school and they always get my order right the staff is amazing and although they dont spell my name right its ok because i love it here they always make my drink so fast (also if y'all bitches giving this place a one star review wanna throw hands say the word)

My son and I were in there to grab a drink and a breakfast sandwich. When getting in my car and putting the cup into my cup holder it then spilled all over my car causing a malfunction in my electric system and a $60 cleanup. I will not be going to this store anymore. This is the second time this has happened to me. They need to start checking if the tops are on correctly.
Staff here are pay more attention to music than customers.. don’t spend your money here only if you wanna wait 15 mins for the drink. Btw they mess up the drink sometimes too

The Worst location. They do not have enough staff, and the staff that are working are concerned about what music they are playing vs trying to get through the rush. They need to get new management at this location, get more staff and go through training.

I like the remodel they did.Parking: Large parking lot but there are lots of shops so it can get clogged. There is a spot for Starbucks order ahead pick up with is helpful
