Is this the amount given if there is less ice or no ice? The first cup of green tea was given this amount and I asked the clerk to make it again. He made it again and took out the second cup of milk tea I ordered to make a large cup. He specifically told me that there was no ice for this amount! Do you add half a cup of ice? Then I'll buy some ice to drink, okay? If you can't buy one get one free, then don't engage in this kind of activity, don't cut corners after finishing it.

I drive a couple miles and pass a few Starbucks to come to this location. It's clean with (mostly) nice baristas. I do wish they had an indoor seating area.

This was second time I’ve watched so many people in line pass me and the barista, kassandra took her time on purpose after I asked where my drink was. The time expectancy was 2:28 and I didn’t walk out till 2:40 and I was late yet again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and please hire responsible professionals in this branch. To add, this place is not clean and there’s no bathroom.

From looking at all the other reviews for this Starbucks . I guess I'm not surprised that I had such a negative experience. As I was paying for my drink , the cashier mumbled "here you are crazy lady." Her insult was not necessary. I gave her no excuses for such a shitty attitude. I paid 6$ for a drink already . I don't need a snide comment along with my already expensive drink ! I definitely think an independent coffee house would do better here. Starbucks needs to go .

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. They remodeled it and removed all the seats. No more coffee study hangouts, a place to do work with your laptop or just chill with friends while sipping coffee or tea. Doesn't feel welcoming. This isn't downtown SF

Young Barista did not wash her hands after scratching her head, playing with her ponytail much less after giving a high five to her coworker who was clocking out. As a barista the number one thing you should do is wash your hands before you start to making orders. As specified by food handlers safety certificate. As a fellow barista shift lead at a different store I am severely disappointed i threw out my drinks and refused to ask them to remake it as the same young lady would remake my order without washing her hands.

Drink: Ordered two cups of drink --- small flat white and medium mocha. The labels were correct. But I got small mocha and medium flat white. Service: very long waiting queue. No greetings at all. Ambiance: clean. Nothing special.

Sincerely question my sanity when i visit any Starbucks lately but this recent experience takes the cake. My wife is going through post-partum depression and i thought while i was down in the area (10 minutes from home, every moment a uphill drive to the very top of Daly City) i'd get a decaf caramel macchiato to cheer her up. It did not have the desired effect in that it had zero caramel and led my wife to believe that it may be someone else's drink containing caffeine which would keep her up all night. I understand that employees are paid poorly in this country and many of them could not be bothered to even consider giving a hoot about their jobs but thought i'd call to provide feedback and ask for compensation at my convenience. The answer was no but i was invited to come back down so he can remake it. No apology, of course. 20 minutes round trip, 1700 vertical feet of braking and electricity use. No thanks. We will see how corporate responds. But seriously, low to middle income people have no business wasting $5 on a worthless drink with zero nutritional value, partially to blame for the diabetes epidemic in this country and has a high probability of being terrible anyway. Three times a week at $5 is $780 a year. What could you do with $780 dollars? I use points earned from getting the Starbucks order for my coworkers to buy them for my wife so no money wasted but the emotional disappointment is priceless. Costs way to much to continue spending energy with the institution. Epic disappointment.

Stir your drinks for fùck sake....you all act like it's illegal to stir drinks. Not a good customer experience getting a mouthful of pure white chocolate or caramel.

From serving us cold coffee, tasteless lattes, not closing the lid properly, downgrading my drink to a Tall size because they don't have Grande cups (ordered through mobile app).. if I could rate this location a ZERO, I'd rate it a NEGATIVE FIVE. Y'all definitely got me considering using my Keurig or walk my happy self down to Starbucks Safeway. I really really wish a Peet's or Philz would open up in this location for a MUCH BETTER customer service.
