This is a small Starbucks cafe in Daly City. The parking area section is small shared with another business so it wasn't bad on a weekend. Service was friendly. kudos to customer service who checked in the back if the tea in the back was available. Unfortunately, I just had to settle for the peppermint tea since the honey citrus mint was out of stock. There are a couple of tables indoors but likely best to either mobile order or order and go.

I come here on the red cup day and they have lots of supplies. The barista told me that all holiday drinks come with the reusable plastic red cup separately. ? but you have to buy the green edition reusable cup. In the store they have cute cups and holiday ornaments too!

This location has the best customer service in the entire Bay Area. I love Starbucks so I go to any Starbucks whenever I can but I come back to this one due to the service. They care about my order and always ask me if it tastes good and if not they tell me they can remake it. Absolutely 10/10 and management here is doing everything right ⭐️ good job guys!-Jessica

Today I went to Starbucks with my daughter and saw it was a free red cup for every single hand-crafted drink. We bought 3 drinks and the barista told me that we were only getting one red cup. Next time Starbucks should not mislead customers.

10/22/2023 -- 12:30pm I always order Starbucks on mobile app and pick it up at Starbucks nearby also I'm in the neighborhood and tried to avoid this one. Today I had a chance to get Starbucks from here via mobile app. The service was very slow since last year and never improved. There was 5 people behind the counter and only one barista guy working on the orders. The people who came after me they got their orders and left. Looks like they are working quick on Walking-in order not an online order. I went to several stores closed by I usually got my coffee between 5-10mins but at this time I had to wait over 10 mins. I don't know what happened. If you're looking for quick order via Starbucks app don't come here wasting your time.

This is my go-to Starbucks now, for very good reason. The staff here are very kind and work hard to get your drink right. My drink is very particular and they always ask me if I want it remade if it's even slightly off... like if that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is! I used to work for a Starbucks and have frequented ones around the area--and I keep coming here. I often study or do work here and have met many regulars and friends here. There are times in the day where it's bustling and a tad more noisy but, for the most part, it doesn't affect my work and I can concentrate pretty well (as well as someone with ADD can I suppose haha). Shout out to Diana, Amy, Matt, Kathren, Angie, Chupo, and the others I've missed--you guys are amazing! Thank you guys for what you do and always smiling

Ordered two flat whites, one taste like it has 3 espresso shots in it and the other one taste like mostly just milk. I asked the guy barista if they can remake my drinks. He was very friendly and said yes. Tina the girl barista who actually the one remaking my drinks got an really bad attitude and apparently was annoyed and pissed about the request. While I was waiting I saw she also messed up another customer's drink and became more pissed. Slamming the lid of ice hardware making loud noises intentionally. Horrible customer service, thanks to Tina this Starbucks location deserves 0 stars and one star to the friend guy barista.
The place is small, but service was good. Michael was super friendly and helpful.

I love coming to this sbux location. The staff are always nice, friendly, and very welcoming. The drinks I order are always super good. It's made exactly the way I like it. The espresso tastes very fresh and not *expired*. Keep up the amazing work y'all do to serve our community.Vegetarian options: They have plant-based milk options and food/bakery items that are vegetarian friendly.Kid-friendliness: They offer non-caffinated drinks. Including: Horizon milk and juice boxes.

Plus: friendly staff. However there were 5 people behind the counter and two were doing nothing. ALL of the people who came in after me, all with multiple drinks, were helped before I got my one drink. They kept saying "we are working on it." I tipped well for this order and regret it. I'll stick to my reliable coffee shop in Pacifica.UPDATE: they did not secure the lid. My coffee spilled all over my car. All over my legs while I was driving, scalding my legs. I will NEVER return to this location again. The copier paper I bought this morning is destroyed.
