Order a coffee frap and what I got back was a cup full of ice and whipped cream. Literally drinking just blended up ice water. Lazy and incompetent staff. Don't order from here. Also got some egg white food and the food tasted expired and sour, felt like it was inside the fridge for a eternity. Yikes do yourself a favor and avoid this place. ?

If you are thinking of drinking coffee in a place for humans, this place is not suitable because the existing bathroom is not allowed for customers to use it after drinking bad-tasting coffee that causes diarrhea.

STARBUCKS!!!!! Send your employees to Customer Service classes quarterly!!!! They are focus on chit chatting and taking their time doing drinks. Barista was chatting away not paying attention. They don't even pay attention taking the orders either. When I told the barista the order was wrong he was annoyed. When I told them I had ordered a pasty they said "Oh it's coming and after I told them I had been waiting 10 minutes for the pasty the girl barista who had just gotten back from break shrugged her shoulder. The cashier then turn went back to her register and went back to look at the order. She then got it together but guess what she didn't listen when I ordered it and charged the wrong pasty. When I told her she got it wrong and as she was getting the correct pasty ready (she was going to give it to me cold) I had to remind her it was to be warmed. After the whole ordeal, a pastry and 2 out of 3 drinks wrong, no apologies for the delay nor for doing the wrong drinks. These young adults are our future and if they can't take an order right or make a drink correctly, it's a very scary thing!!

Always get the same things just about every day from the same employees in the rotation. Today I guess my order was mis entered. My coffee had two packets of Splenda. Wow! What a shocker when I took a sip as I got on the road. Horrible! Those little packets pack a huge aspartame punch. Couldn't dump that thing fast enough. Edgar makes the best tasting drinks by a long shot.

I don't understand how you can mess up black iced coffee. If you want coffee flavored water this is the place for you. If I'm going to spend $5 on coffee I'd rather it not taste like coffee water. This Starbucks has really gone downhill.
