Lousy attitude, lousy sandwich. I can see that the employee working was unhappy and had better things to do. The sandwich was ultra small. They don't take coupons. Whatever, be nice about it.

My 1-star rating is based on my experience coming in last night around 8pm, granted they were 1 hour from closing. However, the person working at that time was grumpy and unwelcoming off the bat. We asked if the location participated in accepting the paper coupons or even the deals on the app (we were intending to use the current footlong BOGO deal). The guy quickly stated that he doesn't take coupons, period, end of story. He might as well have said get the hell out at that point because his attitude was awful. Just a rude and disappointing experience. Not even a sorry or any effort to offer an alternative. @Subway, please improve customer service at this location. GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE HILL INSTEAD AT 2296 WESTBOROUGH and you will be treated 10x better, honor your coupons and actually enjoy a pleasant meal. Trust me. If Frank is working, he’ll take care of you.

The person making the sandwiches wasn't very good. She didn't finish helping me before she helped the next customer. She didn't ask if there was anything else I needed til I said something to her, then she helped them then finished up with me and started making the wrong sandwich til I told her.. she never apologized or anything finished my order and helped the next person... they need more then 1 person at lunch time making sandwhiches and she wouldn't except my coupon I had for 2 sandwhiches.

Website says that their hours on Labor Day may vary so I called to find out what hours they planned to be open. Got a message that their voicemail box was full and would not accept any messages. Guess I can't include going to Subway in my plans for Labor Day. Too bad. Such a good location. Will get nothing. Will spend nothing.

I just went there about 5-10 mins ago and the employee who was working there was extremely rude. As soon as my mom walked in there he didn't say "hi how are you?" His exact words were "what do you want?" As someone who worked in the restaurant business that is no way to talk to a customer. He definitely needs an attitude check.

This the what we received from Subway when we ordered through door dash. One of the sandwiches was supposed be the Turkey Cali with avocado. There was no avocado. They were so saturated in mustard and just soggy and gross we threw them and asked for a refund from Door Dash.

I placed an order online and it said order will be ready at 7:20pm. The hours of this location said it closes at 9:00pm. But when we got there for pickup, the place was closed. The credit card was charged, but we didn't even get our order. I don't trust this place no more.

i often order sandwiches from this place from the online app, but today is the second time I ordered guacamole in my sandwich and it didn't come with in. I was so disappointed because it charged me $3.59 extra for nothing.
