Food tastes bland half the time. Wish they would have a larger sauce section as the queue can get long on peak dining hours.Good experience, probably wouldn't come again though

Really good food here and a good selection for vegans, meat lovers, or just hungry. I recommend the half miso soup/kimchi soup. The beef prime ribs and chicken meat is really tasty, add some udon or your choice of noodles: ramen, vermicelli, chow fun etc. if your a party of 5 or kore get the all you can drink soda option. The robot kitty Is nice and super cute it reminds me of japan and how easy and fun eating in restaurants back at home could be. If you have a chance make sure to tip the the ROBO KITTYVegetarian options: They have tofo, fried, boiled, broccoli, mushrooms, Kimchi is pretty good and of course the rice and noodles too

Best Sauce Bar ever!! If you're like me, you know the sauce bar is what makes it or breaks it for Hot Pot. But if you're not about the sauce, then stay here for the meat. The quality and cuts are really good and they even have wagyu - all served by the happy robot that comes to your table.

All you can eat hot pot set up. The meat and vegetables were fresh. The various broths and condiments were availiable. Just like all the other hot pot resturants, Not much stood out, the food rated at 4.0 with service rated at 4.3.

All you can eat. Options were great. I'm pleased overall with the variation and the portion sizes. Robot brings things to you which is nice but you do need to go get your sauce and toppings from another station on your own.

I can't believe I've been here several times and I have not reviewed it yet! This place offers both individual hot pots or one giant pot! For both options, you can have 2 types of soups or just one, but either way your pot will still have the divider down the middle. It is all you can eat for 90 minutes, and you order using the QR code provided. You can only order 6 dishes every 10 minutes. There is also an additional charge for food waste: $5/50g. I went during weekday dinner and I think it was $32.99/adult.What I love most about this place is that there is a robot that comes around and brings your order and since you're ordering on the app, you don't need to wait for a staff to tend to you. They also offer free soup refills! They have a standard sauce station, and they also offer fresh cut fruits (I didn't have any). I usually come around Thanksgiving, but this time I came after Xmas and they gave us free crab legs! There is a parking lot there, but sometimes it does get full easily.. I have personally never left due to not parking spots though!

I've been a regular at Supreme Pot in Daly City, but my most recent visit on 12/17/23 left me with mixed feelings. Having not been there for about 8 months, I noticed a few changes that have affected the overall experience.Firstly, arriving at 5 pm on a Sunday was a breeze with no wait, but the ambiance felt a bit lacking, and it seems like Supreme Pot might be losing some business to Seapot. The atmosphere was not as vibrant as I remembered from previous visits. One significant change that caught my attention was the alteration in the ordering system. Previously, there was a 10-item limit per order, but now it's been reduced to 6 items per 10 minutes. I appreciate the intention of preventing food wastage, but it felt like an unnecessary double whammy with the added warning about potential charges for wasted food. It would be more customer-friendly to have either the item limit or the warning, not both. The 6-item limit per 10 minutes becomes frustrating, especially when each order seems to be on the lighter side. With several hotpot options available on the Peninsula, in San Francisco, and Pacifica, the limitations and changes at Supreme Pot make it less appealing for me. While I still enjoy their offerings, the combination of reduced order limits and potential charges for wasted food makes me question if it's worth coming back when there are other enticing hotpot choices in the vicinity. Supreme Pot, please reconsider these changes to maintain your loyal customer base.

The food is really good.I would not recommend coming here in the morning because at lunch time there is only 3 meat option for all you can eat. (Angus beef, pork belly and lamb). The supreme beef and wagyu beef will cost you $2.99 per a plate and not all you can eat at lunch time. Some of the veggies will cost some money to get and ice cream will also cost money on lunch time.overall food is really good but don't come here for lunch.3 meat option for all you can eat at lunch time is not enough different kind of meat.
