Service was very friendly, the food is... let's just say if you find that whipped cream has too much flavor, or mayo is spicy, you'll probably enjoy this food. The tofu is overcooked, and the sauce was barely there. The rice is okay, but pretty dry. The tom yum soup has almost no flavor, except a bit of bean sprout, and the lime I squeezed into it out if annoyance. The lady behind the register was very friendly and professional. I ordered a beef pad Thai mild spicy. The younger gentleman who was working behind the stove made my food in less than 2 minutes. The beef was raw and I could even chew a piece of it and it was super spicy.
I don't want to give these guys a low rating, because I can see them working hard and trying. Also, it's tough competition in that food court. Long lines at Panda, none at this place. I ordered basil fried rice and it was so bland, and too sweet. Nice big portion, but it's clear they added sugar to accommodate my white lady palate.
