When I first walked in I immediately got attitude but I ignored it because I figured they were having a bad day but the people cooking were sitting around eating the same food they’re supposed to be preparing, when I asked how much longer my order would take they got annoyed and began laughing as they made my food and no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves and I saw them touch my sandwich bun with their bare hands. Do not recommend ??

0 star for Cashier Stefani and some behind the counter customer service at Wingstop was abysmal. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making the entire dining experience unpleasant. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to address concerns, looks more like they prefer to chat with each other, laughing out loud than paying attention to customers coming in. This will be my first and last visit here.

I drove across town to pick-up my order for team at my job. Store canceled my order after I paid for it through the app. Lady in the store said they called me to confirm my order, which is a lie. Wouldn't do large orders here because they are inconsistent. I've ordered large orders from here previously, no confirmation called was made to confirm my order. I will not be coming back to this location. As a store manager, my time in very important.

I personally love their seasoned fries and homemade ranch. Order the fries well done because they always tend to get soggy. Even when you place an order ahead of time, there WILL be a wait. I don't have a favorite flavor, but I always tend to go with either louisiana rub (first choice), lemon pepper, original hot, garlic parm, mango habanero, or cajun. Occasionally, I like to mix it up and try the other flavors as well.

Bad service I literally saw the cook in the back add a few fries to the basket and dump the whole basket of fries that was already there in the grease and bring it up a minute later. How lazy are these people when you ask for fresh French fries. I've seen them do it before since I work next door. Lazy workers and no fresh fries. Owner you need to retrain your lazy staff. I had to run to clock in so I just took these 4.14 cents fries to work. Bad service with lukewarm fries and a bad attitude.
