I bought a cake for around $50. And the box said it was Oreo ice cream with white cake. However, we got chocolate mint ice cream in our cake. We still ate it. But for a $50 cake, we expect to eat what we paid for.

We've been supporting this location for 20 years. Suddenly manager states they don't accept any BR coupons/promos that corporate issues on App etc. A first for us at Del Obispo-SJC. Go to Hansen's for better quality, service with a smile and price.

I ordered a 2 scoop Hot fudge Sunday at 5:20 Sunday 5/21 and what I received was mostly whip cream tiny scoops, and they forgot the hot fudge... I mean, come on, I tipped well!

Love Baskin Robbins, but they really need to update their closing time to 8:30.... They *never ever* stay open past 8:30, which really sucks, because my family often eats dinner late. I don't know what it is, but every baskin robbins I've ever been to closes 30 minutes earlier than they are supposed to. Love the ice cream, but please, if you say you're open till 9:00, don't close at 8:30 :/

The local Baskin Robins stopped selling single scoop sundaes. Guess I'll have to find someplace else to get an occasional ice cream

Everytime we go to this place for ice cream we are "greeted" by an employee who is even more rude than the employee from the time before. We arrived at 8:45 pm Friday night 2/18/22 and the woman lifted her right arm in the air exaggerating the gesture "looking at her watch." My daughter asked nicely "oh, are you closed?" The woman answered abruptly, "five minutes!" Quickly my daughter ordered a milk shake, as did I. The woman showed me they were out of mocha to make my shake by shaking the empty mocha container in the air "we are all out!" She abruptly stated, The young man then slammed the tip jar down right next to my daughter and interestingly only filled our shake 3/4 full. I love over tipping hard working people, and I have to wonder if these two figured out why at the end of a Friday night their tip jar only had a little bit of left over change. I hope a new ice cream place opens up near by. I really wondered how these two treated the five customers who arrived after us.

I have ordered ice cream cakes many times and have never had an issue until January 7. I ordered a cake that was to be ready at 4:30pm, but when I arrived at the store at 4:45pm, it was closed with a hand-written sign saying "CLOSED 4:30-6:00" on the door. With no other options, I had to make alternate arrangements, since I needed the cake that day. At 5:18pm I received a text saying "Hi this message is from baskin robbins we have your cake but we are going to open the store at 6pm since one of our employees reported sick this morning Sorry for the inconvenience Thank you for your understanding". By the time I received this message, I was already out of the area. It was too late to go back to get the cake, which is why I had ordered it to be ready earlier. It also didn't make sense that I was getting a text so late in the day. If they knew that someone would be out sick in the morning, why didn't they contact me earlier? I would have come earlier had I known that the store would be closed from 4:30pm-6:00pm. On January 8 I came into the store to get the cake that I no longer needed but had already paid for. I talked to the people working about what happened, who called the manager Julia. Her solution was to offer me a free pint of ice cream. This was an unacceptable solution to a time-sensitive order problem. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store because they were unable to deliver the cake I needed at the promised time. I would recommend trying the Baskin-Robbins store in San Juan Capistrano.

Order by phone or internet because they only have one poor girl working there and Uber orders get priority. Get ready to wait if you walk in!

I went here with my boyfriend to get milk shakes and I order a chocolate milk shake and ask if I can add a banana to that. When I asked the gentleman helping me said "no we can't do that, we aren't chefs". I didn't know adding a banana to a milk shake makes you a chef but whatever. So I leave this location and go to a different Baskin Robins and ordered a milk shake and asked to add a banana and they made it no questions asked. This place is clean, I wish they still had Daiquiri ice. If you just want a scoop of ice cream come here, if you want a milk shake I wouldn't recommend it.

This location still doesn't have tables. I have 2 preschoolers so my options are take ice cream home so it's melted, let them eat ice cream cones in the car so it's a huge mess, or eat on the sidewalk in the parking lot... which is unfortunately what we did 3 times in a row. I will be not be going back. There's a Baskin Robin's 1 city over that has tables and they have a larger selection.
