Very wonderful ambiance and great owners. However, the bagels were sub par: big and bready, but not the soft, chewy texture that an authentic bagel should be. Hot chocolate was a disappointment as well. Tasted stale.

Bagels and fresh OJ are awesome. They do have outdoor seating (limited) but it's nice. The service was speedy today, but ONLY because I had my ESA dog with me. The man who told me He couldn't have dogs in the store, ignored me when I stated she was my ESA dog. They even have a sign on front door that says service animals are permitted (by law they have to have this) but when it comes to action....they threw me out of the shop and said I had to wait outside for my order. So....do NOT patronage this establishment if you have a disability of any kind and use a dog for assistance!!! You will be thrown out, and reprimanded like you did something wrong for having a disability!

You walk in here and it smells so good. The bagels are delicious. An everything bagel and they have specialty bagels. Oh so tasty and they have yummy cream cheeses.

Ordered some bagels over the phone here and was greeted with the worst way to start a morning. The employee seemed upset that I called in. I started to order two items then she proceeded to say "OK BYE!" I told her I only had one more item to order she paused then said "You have to hurry up, I don't have time for this! I have to go! I'm the only one here!" I added my last item. She then scoffed and said "OK BYE!" absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Great local business with the BEST bagels. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they were across the street. They have by far the biggest, softest bagels in town, which make the best platform for cream cheese, lox or a breakfast sandwich. Borderline addiction/treat. Cream cheese is always thick and tasty. They must use the best quality ingredients to get these results. I didn't realize until recently even their plain bagels are out of this world. Totally unique and a must try.

Nothing fancy at this place but I needed to grab bagels for teacher appreciation and thought I'd give them a try. A great variety of flavors and the bagels were still warm when I dropped them off at the school! My daughter sampled a chocolate chip bagel and loved it. I had my traditional rye and loved how it was warm and melted in my mouth! So yum!!
Customer service is AWFUL here. The other I love bagels location is way better in terms of customer service, love the guys over at that location. However, the young girls working at this location need a serious refresher on how to speak to customers. I came in Saturday morning and the girl taking my order was beyond rude. Even the customer behind me in line made a comment to me after about how that girl must not have liked me because she was so curt and unpleasant. All I did was order 2 bagels and ask if they had flavored lattes. I won't be coming back to this location again.

Best bagels in town! I only wish they carried a lactose free cream cheese, but I order mine toasted plain and add my own cream cheese at home. The service is amazing and everyone is always so kind and happy. The drink selection is fantastic and there are boundless combinations you can create with the flavors and spread or topping options. I really do love I love bagels!
