Lovely staff! The barista was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. It is inside the Ralph’s so it was nice getting a espresso drink to wake me up a bit prior to my morning shopping.

At the drive-thru I asked the girl to throw away an empty plastic cup for me and she snarled. \"No\" No explanation, didn't politely say \"Sorry. I can't do that\". I asked why they don't have any garbage cans outside where we can throw things away and she snarled again. \" I just work here.\" There was no need for her response or reaction. All she had to do was politely say no. I can't do that and it would have been fine. Instead I will never go here again and it's my neighborhood Starbucks.

Miow was amazing! We ordered what was a gallon of coffee in a box to serve about 12 people. This Starbucks inside a Ralph's had only one person (Miow) working behind the counter upon arrival. At first my husband and I were a little skeptical that a side-stand Starbucks would be able to accommodate a huge request of coffee -- having to brew a gallon's worth of coffee in a short amount of time plus she was the only person working behind the counter. Looking at the time -- we needed to be at our location in 15 mins so we were crossing our fingers this order could be done..... Not only did Miow help the 2 customers ahead of us by taking and preparing their order, she took our order with a smile and said of course she can brew the coffee while wait. A few minutes later, her co-worker was helping out alongside her. The two of them made a good team. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Miow prepared fresh brewed coffee and had the coffee cups, lids, stirrers, sugar all ready to go with a smile and without breaking a sweat!

Just stopped by and got three drinks, pretty simple. They left the caramel off one of the drinks. Not sure how since Caramel is in the name of the drink. I called and talked with the manager "Avery". I explained to her about the issue and that the person who helped me was a trainee and looked to the other cashier for help, probably Avery, who refused to help her. Avery told me to come back in for another drink. That was her fix. Well I don't have time to stop back in to fix the drink. I bought the drinks for people that work for me and you know how people are about their Starbucks drinks. Avery became rude to me when I said the other cashier treated the trainee like an idiot. The cashier made the Trainee feel stupid and wouldn't help her. Avery said I didn't need to talk to her like that. Starbucks is loosing their charm. Adriana, I suggest you try to fix your manager, Avery.

This store is inside Ralph's. I am giving it five stars because the staff on the morning of 10/7 was so friendly and attentive. They should be trainers for other Starbucks in the area.

Try getting any of the drinks with coconut milk instead of regular. Healthier, lighter, and (in my option) tastier!

Open on thanksgiving day... Was glad to have it since I saw they were open but wish the workers could've been home that day and we could've made our own coffee just fine.
they remodeled it and its awesome. They have electric pads to charge ur phone which is soooo cool, a bonfire outside, a couch with heaters and its really comfortable in there love it for studying
