I go here quite a bit because I live near but there is one lady that I always get that is extremely rude and seems like she doesn't care and is looking at the door the whole time to see if any other customers are walking while she is making my sandwich.

Went here for lunch lady had a bad attitude cause she had to stop eating and help the guy up front. Seemed like she didn't want to make my sandwich as she threw the meat on. Don't understand, it's such a nice area.

Ordered 2 meatball sandwiches on the buy one get one free app. Did not receive any pepperoni on the sandwiches or any cheese. Was supposed to be on jalapeno bread and that didn't happen either. I guess you shouldn't order on the app and go in and watch them make them.

The card machine is down for gift cards for subway, this is subway, maybe I was in the wrong place? Were not able to tell me the amount I had on the card as well?

Some chubby guy on Friday at 12:03pm was very rude didn’t want to refill the fresh waters he said it would take a bit to get the other people before doing it so I offered to wait the time then he came up with another excuse saying he needed to prep and that he isn’t going to do it over all he was just being lazy. I been to other subways where if I need them to refill it they do it. I even asked to wait till the next worker that was suppose to come in, in 10 minutes and he still denied that even then even spoke for the other person saying that he won’t be filling it up .

I stopped in there today with two children. We were the only people in the whole store. I forgot a mask but was promptly told by kaylee I had to have one on or she would not serve me. I had two very hungry little kids with me. I pulled up my shirt to block my face EXACTLY as a cloth mask would do. She refused to serve me. So we had to leave The good news is her behavior caused me to write this review in which I can now reveal that I only ever found out about my gluten allergy because I used to eat at subway once a week and would feel horribly sick for a day afterwards. Apparently whatever is in their sandwiches is pretty toxic. The bread specifically. Finally had a blood test done and found out I was allergic. Despite ALL the gluten I ate while allergic subway was the only food that made me physically ill. I went into the store today to get a sandwich for my kids but this was the perfect reminder for me to NEVER go to subway again and to make sure and share my story with everyone I know. What a joke.

I've had good experiences here in the past, but when I ordered the Cali Fresh Turkey with Sliced Avocado yesterday (10/25/2021) it didn't have any turkey, cheese, avocado, or bacon. It only had spinach, tomato, onion, & mustard in a hastily wrapped spinach tortilla. Unfortunately, I discovered this after I had already left, and didn't have time to go back.
