Have ordered from here many times and haven't had any issues. But today after my first bite into my burrito I found was a very long grey hair. As gross at it sounds, I decided to ignore that fact after pulling it out. But then a few bites late there was a black long hair. Don't think I can order from here again. Too disgusting!

Ordered a grilled shrimp taco today with a side of cilantro and hot sauce. It was delicious. The service was friendly and timely. I'm so glad that I rediscovered Baja Fresh! I'll be a regular now.

Bad shitty service. Please make sure you come to your items. I didn't check the items when I picked it up. When I called her back, she states that I was lying and she put everything in the bag. When confronted with her, she did not still accept. I took Manager's number and they never picked up the phone. The lady called back and stated that I could drop off the food and she would reimburse. She was so rude that I asked her to keep the money. I would never go to the place, but if you have to go, and please check your items. Bad customer service.

I used to come to this location often, but I stopped going because their food quality was not as good as the other BF locations in Dublin and San Ramon. Since both of those locations closed, I started coming here again and I've been pleasantly surprised. The food quality has significantly improved and the salsas are much better now. Their online ordering is fast and convenient as well.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I always had the impression that Baja Fresh was garbage between what I've heard and the lack of good reviews, but the steak baja burrito was pretty good. The service is also great. The people are so nice. The guy wearing the pink hat/cloth was really cool, seems like a cool guy. He apologized for the long wait since the steak was being cooked, but I was actually expecting it to take longer than that and was in no rush. When I started eating, I looked up and turned around and he asked if I needed napkins - exactly what I needed! Stellar service. The staff vibes were great!
