The service was absolutely terrible! Took 45 minutes to order and 1 hour to get water. All of our courses cane at the same time. Appetizer, salad and main course. Very disappointing.

We were early and beat the lunch crowd. Service was very good, and our lunch meals were good as well. I had the Wagyu burger and my husband had the French Dip. We ordered the fries crispy and they were perfectly cooked. Great spot with lots of parking, sat in a comfy booth which is always my preffered seating.

Visited the restaurant recently. Food was ok. Where the restaurant falls short is service. Service was painstakingly slow and nonexistent. Felt like the staff had zero training and many other guests were sitting idly by, as well. Unacceptable and will not be visiting this restaurant again. Been coming here often for about 6 years. Management needs to address these issues or they will lose business to competitors

Easy to land a table for large parties (we had 10 on a reservation, which we called that running late and still able to accommodate). Choice of indoor and outdoor (where you can enjoy the sun and ducks). 2 servers on deck, which accounted for the slowness, but they were friendly and even tossed in birthday slices for our February celebrants. Food decent for the price.

We got seated all the way in the back of the restaurant and after 10 minutes of no one coming around but walking past and around us we left

We went on Valentines day and it was not that busy, empty tables so should be a short wait time. It was not over 1 hour for our appetizers than another 1 hour for our main courses. We saw 4 tables leave within the time that we waited. When we got out food it was super mid(regular) and the potatoes with my steak weren't even cooked fully. They must have changed owner because it was terrible. Also our server looked like she could care less about us and never checked up on us. Never coming back.

I got the blackhawk chopped salad. The chicken was incredibly gross, I don't know what they did. I can only describe it as super dry and tasted like fish(the chicken). The entire restaurant smells like fish the second you walk in. It's bad.

We went there last night for Valentine's Dinner after not having been there in many years, based on their reputation. Although the food was good, the service and the ambiance were terrible! Even with a reservation through Open Table (which the restaurant retroactively canceled), we waited at least 20 minutes to get seated. It was close to an hour before we got food. They don't offer bread or rolls to snack on. No deviations from the set menu. And worst of all, dirty dishes sat on tables around us the whole time. They were never bussed. The paint on the walls and tables are peeling. And the cake I had for dessert was dry. We won't be coming back.
What a ripoff. They don't advertise that it is pre-set menu for Valentine's Day while making reservations and the cost of 3-course meal is more than if those dishes are ordered a-la-carte. The tables are dirty and empty tables around us were not cleaned for at least 30 minutes.

Might have been short staffed but got seated then didn't get anyone or menus for about 20-25 minutes. Then when someone checked on us they just dropped menus and nothing else. Would go back but this experience for Valentine's Day was bad.
We had a table for Valentines Day. We did not know it was a fixed price menu until we sat down. Menu was toed in a separate paper with no prices. Fixed price was $70.00. Good selection and food was good. We split one fixed price menu and it was plenty. Our waiter was helpful and the service was good. Only surprise is we had no idea that we couldn't order off the main menu

Really nice atmosphere and good service. Food was really good and healthy. The wait to get our food after ordering was quite long though.

The restaurant is located in a fabulous place, but the experience we had was really terrible. For lunch, I ordered "wagyu top sirloin steak with fries" (replaced with salad)—dry, overcooked, not tender at all (it cannot be proved, but it seems to me that it's not wagyu at all). The worst service I can recall in the last 2 years:- the waiter didn't give us a set of missing utensils;- he didn't help a family with kids sitting aside from us, when they split some drinks on the table;- when we finished our lunch, we waited for 30 minutes to be asked if we needed a desert menu, a bill, or at least to clean the table

Made a reservation on Open Table. Was asked to confirm which I did. Arrived on time.....only to find a note on the door saying the restaurant was now closed on Mondays. Inexcusable not to have been notified. of this change.
