Pizza is pretty good, but they screw up your order 25% of the time, and screw up cutting it all the way through 75% of the time. Check your order before picking up your pizza or letting the delivery driver leave.

Horrible customer service. Took almost 2 hours for my pizza to get delivered and the people on the phone were not helpful at all. If it takes two hours to deliver a pizza then don't offer delivery ‍.

Been ordering from this location for years and never have we been disappointed! They have high standards and have given us free pizza even when we think they went above and beyond (prob a corp thing), but the service, people and pizza are amazing! Thank you for being a part of our community <3 !

I love dominos normally especially there new food items that taste just as good as expensive pizza places bbq pizza is usually good. However this time they forgot to put bbq sauce on a bbq pizza. I don't know how that happens

A great Domino's location! The staff is always very friendly. The pizza is ready quickly and tastes great. Easy parking for pickup orders.

Worst Dominos Ever Very Rude People The Manager Or Person In Charge Never Speaks English And Takes Forever To Address That I Even Walked In The Store. Always Has Headphones In & On The Phone Gossiping In There Language. They Dont Deserve To Be In Business. Owner Seems Like Its Abuse Of Labor And Treating Employees Like Slaves. We Need To Do Better Danville. Every Time I Walk In The Store Theres A Different Person Working No Wonder They Have A Huge Turnover Rate!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are the worst. Very unprofessional. They don't open on time, don't answer phone and the quality of food is not good. This place doesn't not even deserve to be in a beautiful city like Danville. This is the worst dominos I have ever brought from.

I ordered online. It said 30-40 minutes. It's now been an hour and fourty five minutes. I can't get a hold of anyone at the store. Horrible service

My MIL never complains, so when she told me she and my kids had to wait 90 minutes for their delivery of ONE medium pizza on a Tuesday afternoon and that they tried to charge her $31 I knew it must have really been awful. They had to wait on hold forever to try to figure out the status of their order.She refused to pay the full amount (even with taxes and fees how does a $7 pizza cost $31?!) and they took her $23 instead...which is more than I'd have given them. I think they knew they were overcharging her massively.Do better Domino's.

Terrible!! Picked up our online order, got it home and there was NO SAUCE on the wings! One order of habanero & one order of bbq. Seriously!? How does that even happen?! Be sure to check your order before leaving ? or better yet, go to another pizza place.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and UNREALISTIC SITUATION in the bay area I have experienced/heard.I live in San ramon, CA, and ordered pizzas from the nearest Danville locations. They charged us 78.18. It was an online order. When I went to pick up the order, I saw the store closed without informing me, and the time the store closes is 10.00 pm. One dominos delivery guy just returned from his delivery and called the manager. She was on another location and told that the guys just shut down everything and left the store closed (weird). We, as a customer, were trying to get Pizza for a birthday party and were completed ignored. We had to order from another pizza place which cost us more. This is a horrible experience, which gets even worse. Upon follow, we called the manager, and she said that we would get a call from a supervisor in the next couple of days. Today is June 23rd, and our order was on June 10th. It's 13 days, and we have not received any call or any money back.How can Dominos take money from the customer and keep it while not even delivering the food? Also, we went to the store on June 18th to get our money back, which was open, but the worker over there ignored us and just took our number, saying that the supervisor would call us. We did not receive this call. This is entirely in-ethical and not legal to make money and not deliver the food. Again, it is not a good customer relationship to ignore the customers upon which Dominos has built many other locations. We expect to get our money back, which has caused us multiple trips to the store, phone calls, and even inconvenience. This is totally not a standard that needs to be followed in the customer service industry. I have the receipts in my inbox to show the proof as well. We are planning to take legal action against the Dominos store in Danville and have already launched the complaint to the co-operate office.Please, guys, if you have read this review, I sincerely request not to order from this store. I believe all the workers have the same attitude for not being helpful and respectful, even the supervisor.This was a known issue to the supervisor. The store was closed for two days over the weekend, and all the customer's orders were canceled. I hope the others have received their money.

STORY OF JUNE 10,2022. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING.I want to give this Domino's store a negative rating. June 10th, 2022, our instead with this store.My wife placed an online order at 4.30 pm on June 10th,2022. The order was for the birthday party, and the order pick up was at 7.00 pm. I tried calling the store before the order pick up, but no one answered the phone. So I went to pick up the order. The person at the store had left the store open and ran out because the order Domino's store received was in bulk, and he could not complete the order. It was the weirdest situation in the bay area or the whole United States. I had to take an order from Round table because we had guests waiting at our place.The story doesn't end here. Domino's charged us for the order that they didn't complete. Till today our money is not returned without delivering the items. My wife and I are following up on our refund with multiple phone calls and store visits.The store workers are all rude, and customer service is worst. Their store manager Mr. Ali has not even called us back. After this review, the owner will message this review but keep in mind there will be no action taken.The owner does copy-paste on all the reviews. I hope all the June 10th,2022 customers have received the money.My wife and I will keep fighting till the end until we receive our money which is ILLEGALLY taken without delivering the food.This store and the employee are horrible. The location is such a beautiful place as DANVILLE, but customer service is negative.

This shop closes before actual posted time. They won’t even let you place an order 20 mins prior to closing. I rather buy from Pizza Hut than this dominos.
