We enjoyed dinner at Incontro with our friends traveling from Montana. This has become a regular spot for us when they come. There is always great food and service. We never been disappointed!

We were seated promptly upon arrival. Our waiter wasn't very friendly, didn't give us the specials, but he did mention them to other customers around us. It was my daughter's 30th Birthday I did mention that in the notes in our reservation, but she wasn't acknowledged and the table next to us was brought a desert with a candle. A disappointing!

Incontro is my favorite restaurant in downtown Danville. This time was no different. I just loved the outdoor music and the food is always fantastic. I brought my teenage daughter before we watched a show at the Village Theater and the experience was exactly what a daddy-daughter dinner should be!

What a gem we found! This was our first time dining at Incontro and our party of four just loved everything about it. Our waiter, Jesus, was very friendly and ensured we were taken care of without being a nuisance. The food was so good. For appetizers we started with bruschetta and a bottle of Soave gluten free wine. Both were delicious. For the main courses we eggplant parmigiana, chicken risotto, pappardelle al pesto and the pappardelle special with meat sauce and pecorino cheese. Wow! Fantastic! We ended the meal with creme brûlée and bourbon panettone...again just fantastic. We were allowed to sit at the table all evening and enjoy our conversations and and laughter without being rushed off after our meal. This is a wonderful place to enjoy some excellent Italian cuisine with some great wine choices. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. Great job Incontro!

I can't recommend Incontro enough for a perfect meal. Service and food were perfect. I will comment on my what I was served. First off, Antonio was the perfect host -- professional, charming, and wonderful sense of humor. I started with the beet salad. It was perfectly dressed so that all the flavors -- goat cheese, citrus, beets, greens -- were not masked but instead came through on the palate. The lamb chops, a special for the evening, was cooked to a nice medium rare, topped with salsa verde, and served with broccolini and fregola. Again all components were perfectly seasoned. One of my pet peeves is restaurants not preparing vegetables properly. I usually get warm raw vegetables sans seasoning or vegetables overpowered with the taste of raw garlic. Not in this case; the broccolini was crisp and subtly seasoned. The fregola was a nice change as I normally don't see that served. For dessert I ordered the Bourbon Panettone which was as enjoyable as my salad and entreé. It was a hybrid of American bread pudding and New Orleans Bananas Foster. Sounds heavy and rich, but it wasn't; it had the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely return this summer and will request to be served by Antonio

Food was delicious, Jose did a great Job! Bernadette did a great job handing out battery operated candles as the power went out - but thankfully the cooking continued! A very romantic, memorable night without power!

Gorgeous! The service was prompt and the food was delicious. The prices were fair and the atmosphere was amazing. The surrounding area was nice and great to wander and look at.My date really loved the gnocchi!★★★★★Parking: Not a lot of parking, but enough for the traffic they recieve.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a staircase leading to the primary entrance, but I believe there's a wheelchair ramp around close to the rear of the building.

Incontro never disappoints! We've celebrated many special occasions here and will continue to do so. It's also a great place to just relax with a refreshing drink and delicious appetizers!!

We had such a great meal with friends. Everything was amazing. The chicken piccata, spaghetti and meatballs, and carbonara were all the best we have ever had. We finished off the meal with a couple of amazing afogatos.

Great food always. Owners are so kind. Their wine expert/server who's been there for years we adore. He's so kind, accommodating, genuine and great with customers. Summer time is great too with music outside. The heart of Danville❤️.

This was our first time at this gem of a restaurant. The service was outstanding and we loved the ambience. The food was delicious and I ordered the salmon which was cooked to perfection. The lasagna was just like homemade and my husband loved it. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant.
