Worst Jersey Mike's subs due to terrible customer service. I arrived today around 715 and ordered a gluten free sandwich. I am not sure the employees name but the receipt said Mike. When I mentioned ordering GF, he got an attitude and told the other worker "clean the grill off" all rude towards me for ordering gluten free. He grumbled under his breath pissed off that I ordered gluten free and they had to clean the grill even though it was an hour before close. I am pretty sure he cussed under his breath also. I felt very uncomfortable and was very upset with how I was treated. Don't come here if you are wanting gluten free unless you want to be treated poorly.

I went in and ordered a roast beef with cheese. The team was nice efficient too many handling one sandwich but the thing had No flavor at all!!!Would have been better off with a sandwich from Safeway deli. Definitely not worth the price!

Fav fast sandwhich shop. Employees here are very nice! Mikes way is always the best and they can put the oil a vinegar on the side if you don't want the bread to get soggy. Orderring from the ap is easy. Thanks Jersey Mikes Danville!

I think this was my first time at Jersey Mike's. Pretty damn good subs. The meats are sliced in front of you and freshly made at an awesome speed. I ordered the giant number 8 with roast beef with wheat bread. Love how they slice the giant sub into 4 mini subs which makes it easier to eat, share or save for yourself to eat later. The bacon gave each bite a good crunch. The giant sub feels a bit heavy with all the meat and toppings. I think my arm got tired walking to my car. Looking forward to coming back. I've also been told they have a secret menu.

Food was great. service took a while though. I found that the portions at Jersey mikes were not than enough. Me and my friend both got the mini and it was very filling. Recommend this over subway any day. Overall very solid 4/5 stars.

Had a GREAT sub on Sunday. Clean store, VERY friendly staff. Vey helpful. Recommend highly. In Danville next to the clock tower.

As someone with a wheat allergy, I love Jersey Mikes. This location is fantastic about their allergy protocol! I have never had a cross-contamination. 10/10 will always come back.

This review is so long overdue. I came here with my dad for the first time and the staff was super respectful and helpful. They helped me and my dad with recommendations. Although my dad's sandwich had a minor flaw, they remade it and it turned out delicious. Shoutout to the great staff: Anthony, Sydney, Carter, and Seth! Also since it was our first time, Sydney offered us a free cookie. :) great experience!!!
I have been going to this Jersey Mikes location since it opened. I never had an issue waiting for a order until today I went in before noon and ordered a cheesesteak. Usually it takes about ten minutes to be made and received. Today while not particularly busy (just average of 5 or so walk ins). I waited and waited for twenty minutes for it to be ready for me. Another customer came in after me, ordered and received his cheesesteak 5 minutes before mine was ready even though I ordered before him If this is an indication of the new customer service at this location, I will not be returning

5/5 experience. The new guy absolutely oiled me up. Woke up at 9 AM today, hadn't had anything to eat so I wandered over to J Mikes. I was worried that the local High-school flood gates would burst open for lunch hour but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived first. I got a number 8 mikes way no tomatoes (my usual order). The "new guy" grabbed my sub and slathered my with "the sauces" as one says. Great experience 9/10

I had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's Subs. I noticed a heavy set young man wearing peach/pink crocs. (No name tag)He was obviously having a bad day and was rude. He just finished helping a young boy in a baseball uniform who forgot his receipt. The employee said to the next customer he was about to help. "Hand this to the kid". meaning the receipt for the kid. No please, do you mind, nothing. I then said "please?" He looked at me with a disgusted look on his face. When it was time to serve me, I ordered the special made in house tuna. He made sure he made my sandwich with the last of the tuna which had a lot of water in it. Ultimately the sandwich wasn't any good and the water was dripping all over the table. I asked the shift manager for a new sandwich which she provided. It was better, but it was the quality of a Subway sandwich. My opinion Jersey Mike's is a glorified Subway. The people that give this place 5 don't know what a good deli sandwich is.

We love the Chipotle Philly cheese steak sandwiches from your place. They are so good my son wants to have one few days a week :-)

The HOAGIES are excellent but that cheese steak needs some work to make it a true Philly cheese steak!! I ve had burritos bigger than the cheese steak they have!!
