I’m a regular customer that gets coffee every morning, because I work graveyard shifts I often get food from here too so I do spend a lot every month at this Macdonald but the customers service is very bad , rude , uncooperative and after spending all this money monthly here when you ask them to give you a cup of hot water here they make such a big deal like they such a big corporation cannot afford to give out a cup of hot water they insult you badly through each window every person at the window will first look at you like why are u here to get anything get lost you can already tell they are not happy to see the customer that’s the body language then the language verbally is like awful they are rude and unhelpful this Macdonald should shut down if they are not ready to give customers what they need or have good customers service the business is about customers so it’s not like collect your check and go home and treat customers like they have come to beg for food and you’re doing a favor to customers, it’s totally a loosing business I’m taking my business to Starbucks will get my coffee from there no problem there customer service is so much better. They really treat customers like valued customersThis Macdonald doesn’t deserve no stars

Two children and their two friends visited a fast food restaurant last Saturday for lunch, where they ordered McChicken meals. By the evening, three of them fell ill, experiencing symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. Upon inquiry, they mentioned that the chicken in their meals seemed undercooked, and they had discarded parts of it. It appears that the illness was caused by the improperly cooked or potentially expired chicken. This incident was surprising and disappointing, especially coming from a well-known fast food chain.

I’m sure what some of these good reviews. Every time I come to this McDonalds the employees always seem mad and if you ask for something they give attitude. I was going to sit down and eat my lunch in their today and I had to leave because I couldn’t stand the feeling that he hated me lol… if you don’t like your job find another the people there are not meant for customer service

At 11 AM this morning I went to McDonald’s because of hamburger day.When I receive my meal, the fries were hard editing and barely warm . So I asked for fresh fries and waited to five minutes for them to make them when I received my fries, they deliberately gave me the bottom part of the fries that were small and crunchy. Even though they were hot and fresh, I believe that the worker purposely did this, because they did not want to make us fresh fries.this is why I’m giving a one star not because of the food but because of the customer service and they really need to work on proper customer service even though they’re just a fast food restaurant. definitely next time going out of my way to hit the other McDonald’s down the street on Crow Canyon.

Today around 9:40 a lady on the second window, black hair, short lady I ask for a drink I’ll came with a # 5 combo but she said I din’t get char for and I ask nicely normal can i have a drink so she replay whit a really bad actitud at loud, but he give to me a soda any kind any side I do t ask for it she only five tome what she decide but I realice she was so mad that I said just seis thank you because she didn’t accept me to pay because she said I don’t have a box for you to pay me she almost drope me the soda. Please choose your staff who are professional on all circumstances even if they are not having a good day. Thank you.

One of the friendliest McDonalds I've been to and I've been to alot of them Register employee was super nice and helped me with my 20% off offer on the McD App Lobby was clean and spacious Breakfast was hot and my modifications were executed perfectly They let me sit in the lobby for a while and didn't rush me or ask me to leave I've used the drive thru in the past and there was a woman who worked the AM She was always smiling and helpful with my high maintenance orders Love this location Good job management :))Parking: Open parking just for McDonalds There is also a shared parking lot adjacent for the shopping center that is accessibleKid-friendliness: Happy mealsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp, designated tables and ADA restrooms
