Located in the Blackhawk shopping center, next to the Safeway. This is an outstanding late night Japanese restaurant, specializing in high quality sushi rolls. I highly recommend their Deluxe hand roll: Uni, otoro, shiso leaf, ikura. They also feature House special rolls, and we tried their CB roll: salmon avocado, and fresh maguro tuna! We eat here monthly and have never been disappointed. Favorites are the 49 Roll and the Mango Tuna. Sushi is always fresh and made well. Servers and hosts are outstanding and ensure you are happy with your order.
