Not a food review. But this place is shut on Sundays. We came here just to find It closed. Restaurant needs to update their timings on Google.

This place is so delicious. We’ve loved their food for years, doing regular takeout. This time we actually went to eat at the restaurant and it was amazing. Tandoori mixed platter sizzling fresh out of the oven - delicious. Chicken Korma, tikka masala, garlic naan are all amazing too. And the nicest staff every time. It’s a small gem of a place!

Wow! Every time I go here I am blown away by the flavors and the smiles! This is Blackhawks best kept secret. I love the chicken tikka masala and the spinach saag. Also my wife and daughter are gluten free, so this checks off all the boxes for a majority of the dishes. She even gave us a free mango lasi for my daughter to try and she loved it. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for that home cooked meal feeling!

The tikka masala is outstanding. We order here once a week. I would probably eat there daily if that would not be weird. The family that runs it is very gracious, friendly and hard working.

This is my go-to Indian restaurant when I'm in the area for take out. The food is amazing and the service is superb! The owners are so nice and she remembers you too! I've ordered so many times that she'll know which order is mine as soon as I walk in the door. They do a lot of take out orders. However, if the dining room is open, you'll find about 5-6 tables. The decor and ambiance is nice. It's always clean and well-kept. We always put in a large order for the following:-garlic naan - we always order at least 4 pieces and they are huge. They come foil wrapped so they stay warm.-basmati rice - the rice here is so flavorful and fluffy. At $1.50/carton, you can't go wrong. -vegetarian samosa - one order comes with 3 pieces. These are stuffed with seasoned potatoes and other spices. I love the mint chutney that it's served with.-saag aloo - I love spinach and their saag aloo and saag paneer are amazing. I generally prefer the potatoes over the paneer but both are great. Lots of flavor, great consistency, and a generous portion-aloo gobi - Our favorite dish. Cauliflower is another favorite vegetable of mine and the way they roast and season it here is amazing. There's also a generous amount and a good cauliflower to potato ratio-chicken tikka kebab - just like tandoori chicken but without the bones. There's a generous amount of chicken here served with onions, bell peppers, and a few lemon wedges. Really good tandoor char flavor and taste!-tikka masala sauce - we'll also order a side of tikka masala sauce with our meal. It's great with the rice and to dip the naan into. -Tawa Shrimp - if you're not feeling like chicken, the tawa shrimp entree is great. It comes with about 6 big sized prawns grilled and cooked perfectly. This is also served with onions, bell peppers, and lemon.-Mango lassi - we'll always order at least 4 cups of these as the family loves it. It's freshly made and pairs perfectly with the delicious food above! If you're ever in the area or live in the area, check out Pia's Kitchen! It's located at the corner of Crow Canyon Road and Camino Tassajara. It's in the strip mall behind the Chevron, McDonalds, and Starbucks. It's my family's favorite place for Indian food!

Best indian food in danville! I would recommend going here any day. Very high quality and absolutely delicious. MUST HAVE Chicken Tikka Marsala. Great service as well, it's perfect for a nice casual evening out.

The food here was just amazing! I was a little hesitant going inside since it seemed like maybe it was just a pickup location but it does provide dine-in. I was seated promptly, my order taken promptly and the food delivered promptly. I will definitely be back!!

Easily the best Indian food restaurant around. While it is mainly takeout, the food and service is what makes this place stand out.Pia's parents make for a dynamic duo to deliver delicious meals, even when taken home. Can understand why some folks are frustrated that there is no dine-in but finding servers this day and age can be difficult and costly.Have since moved to Walnut Creek but still come back to Danville just for Pia's!

Delicious! I tried this place while I was visiting the area and had the chicken korma, naan, and basmati rice. I honestly liked the naan with the korma better than the rice, but I think that's just a preference.

We went inside to eat. The owner came out and made a big sewn that they don’t seat people. Food might be good, but the owner doesn’t know his manners! He should at least advertise to go only.

Just meh...Meat..we ordered lamb and chicken...both very dry.We ordered eggplant dish and the flavor was interesting, not bad but not great or pleasing either. Curry was just ok...not that flavorful.Cost..very comparable to what you'd pay in the tri-valley, which means not cheap. It wasn't super expensive but not cheap. We will not return but continue to search for the one we think deserves our patronage.
