The place is always reliable, their hot bread with special sauce was one of a kind, cappacio was good, our waiter was good. Their own label wine was a little disappointing and I ordered the pork chop and was a little too cooked and it became dry. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. With $18 for corkage, I’ll bring my own bottle the next time.

Wow…I was so impressed. From the kind hostess to our wonderful waiter….to the gentlemen that came by and asked about our experience…to the AMAZING food cooked to perfection. I was completely impressed and I’m so sad that I don’t live locally or I’d be coming weekly! We got the meatball appetizer…hands down the best I’ve had. The pasta dishes we ordered were cooked al dente and the sauces…were perfectly seasoned! In addition, my friend got a side of grilled chicken with her pasta and Veges ….the chicken was wonderful! It’s was flavored well and juicy! My bolognese was so yummy! Just love finding a wonderful restaurant ….with exceptional service as these days….great service at a restaurant is almost impossible to find. Piatti…you are doing something right!! 5 stars! Keep doing what you are doing! Great restaurant!

It was our first time dining at Piatti. The food did not disappoint! All ingredients were fresh & everything was seasoned appropriately - complex flavors w/o overdoing the salt. I especially enjoyed the house made pasta. They had ample staff, during their busy weekend lunch hours. Everyone was very friendly, & worked seamlessly, together, ensuring that all food was delivered promptly, while still piping hot! Special mention must go to our primary sever, Joel. He is just a wonderful, young man - very personable & upbeat, while still maintaining the necessary professionalism. He really knows the menu, gave us great recommendations, and treated us with the utmost kindness & courtesy! We will definitely be back!! Thank you.

Been coming to Piatti for almost 30 years. The past 2 visits have been diappointing in terms of food and service. Panini sandwich was bland and chicken was a thick chicken breast (would not order again). Server forgot about us once she took our order. Best part today was the warm bread and dipping oil (never disappoints!), and nice warm seating on heated porch, quiet and great for conversation. Still will recommend to friends as a local option, with some disclaimers.

We have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal. The service is usually very good. Last night was an exception. We are patient diners and if told there is a back up or they got slammed not a problem. Afraid we had a a waitress who was not able to bring the service and friendliness that we have come to expect. Otherwise a great spot.

You can't miss with Piatti. The food is fresh and wonderful. The pasta s remind me of being in Italy. I've eaten almost everything on the menu and it's all unfortgetable. The cocktails are excellent. Good wine selection too. Besides they really make you feel special and welcome.

One of my oldest best friend treated me to a birthday dinner here. We had early 4:00 dinner reservation to beat the crowd. I had the petra sole and my friend the lasagna. The petra sole was delicious over a heaping mound of mashed potatoes and spinach. You need to ask for bread which came warm with the oil and vinagrette to dip in which was also delicious. We also had the beet spring lettuce salad - with oranges, feta cheese and walnuts. We shared it as it was a heaping mound for two light eaters. Nice ambiance but restaurant can get chatty and a little noisy as it fills up. By 6:00pm the restaurant was almost full as was the parking lot when we left. i also noticed other tables celebrating birthdays. Note: Another 4% will be added to the tab for staff - it's also noted on the bottom of the menu. Service was great and attentive. Our table for 2 was by the fireplace which was nice and toasty. Grab a few mints on your way out on the side table near the front. Birthday dessert will be complimentary if you ask. (We had the tiramisu which was also shared.)

If I ever write a negative review, I try to balance it with some positive reviews. Each time, the first positive review that comes to mind for me to write is about Piatti's. Piatti is the best restaurant in the area, with the perfect atmosphere, service, and food. If you want to take people to a place and ensure it is a great experience, your first thought should be Piatti's.

The service is really disappointing. Had to constantly ask our server for basic things - silverware, water, etc. completely clueless and condescending. Food was fair. Overcooked pasta and wilted salads.
