My wife and I just moved to Danville. We went to Primo's on a Saturday for lunch. I had the house burger. She had the Caesar Salad and the wings. The food was pretty good. The service was lousy! Although the waiter was friendly, the rest of the staff was awful. They delivered our wings to the wrong table, twice! We had to wait over half an hour to finally get the wings. By then, the burger and the salad were long finished. We had to ask for a fork, a spoon, and napkins separately, numerous times. I finally had to walk up to the bar to get napkins. When I waved the napkins at the young lady who said she'd bring us napkins, she looked clueless. It's cute hiring local youngsters as busboys and busgirls. On the upside, you're helping the local youths. On the downside, you're going to get your share of youngsters who just ain't cut out for the service industry. The hour plus we spent at Primo's, we saw one young busboy busting his behind cleaning tables, serving food. We also saw here other busgirls doing as little as they could.

Pizza is fantastic here. They also serve a large variety of food (wings, burgers, pasta, soup, salads), something for everyone. Plenty of space to accommodate large parties. Has long tables on the inside and bench seats on the outside with heat lamps. Food came out pretty quickly and the wait staff was excellent. Checked on our party multiple times to make sure everything was okay.

Despite the family being in the San Ramon Valley for 36 years, I had never eaten at Primo's. We always had take out. Quiet evening on a Wednesday. But service seemed slow to come to the table, and took awhile for the pizza to come. But really good pizza, it's all about the pizza. And a great place to watch sports. Indoors or outdoor beer garden.Parking is on the street.

From casual business meetings to sports team socials to a casual afternoon spot to eat or watch a game, Primos is the place! The food and staff are consistently on point-fresh ingredients, variety of foods (best tacos in town), and the hardest working staff/management/ownership around. We will absolutely continue to support and recommend Primos for years to come. Come out, speak to the staff, meet people in your community and have a great time.Dietary restrictions: They offer delicious gluten free pizza.

Primos is a Danville staple and the type of wholesome neighborhood spot you want to dine with your family at. This is mostly due in part to the Ownership and management team. Both the owner Drew and GM Chris are heavily involved in the community outside of the restaurant and it shows in the type of atmosphere they bring to it. When you eat there, you feel like part of the neighborhood. And it doesn't hurt that the food is phenomenal.

Primo's isn't just a great restaurant, it serves as a community center. A place that brings everyone together with great food, great service and great community service. I've never had to wait to be attended to even on the busiest of days. Their management really runs a well oiled machine. The new covered patio is an awesome outdoor space with plenty of heaters. Not only is the pizza good try the Taco's!
