I try to avoid coming in when I see the staff member Danijela working. She's incredibly rude every time I interact with her about my drink. I came in to get my nitro drink, which, as a side note, usually comes in an empty cup when mobile ordered, so it's poured fresh. Danijela was working, and she completely ignored me until I said, "Hey, I'm here," picking up my empty cup and then placing it back down again to signal nicely that I was waiting on the nitro. I was met with a very nasty and rude tone remark, "Yeah, I see you!" So I stood there, not saying anything, waiting and waiting as she got through everyone's drinks, then did mine last. I looked at some of the drinks placed out, and they were all drinks ordered after mine! I didn't say anything, trying not to be problematic, and waited until she made my drink very last. She placed it down and didn't even say my drink or my name. I felt very disrespected and ignored at that moment, and I've had other rude encounters with her in the past as well. So I would insist on not going to that Starbucks when she's working unless you want to be greeted with a very rude attitude.

I couldn't believe I ordered an oatmeal and an everything bagel. 12 minutes past I didn't hear my name for my order so I get up and approach the register and the cashier hands me my order which already had been placed in the pick up area . So I'm asking they couldn't pronounce my name or what. "MY NAME IS JUAN." I just hope they weren't being racial.

Months ago while I was pregnant, I had crave for caramel frapp everyday. So I mobile I ordered caramel ribbon crunch cream frapp, that was the happiest moment everyday. One day, the drink tasted like coffee based, so I walked back to the store and asked. A very young lady told me if I want the one without coffee, I should order the cream base, which was I order exactly. In mobile app you have all the order records. She ignored my response, and "offered" to remake my drink, ignoring all the customized items like coconut milk etc. Months later I'm breastfeeding, been ordering caramel crunch cream frapp everyday again. 3/10 times I would get it with espresso shots. Today I saw the same young lady again, again told me if I don't want coffee I should order the cream base. And she remade me one with lots of whipped cream at the bottom, and outside the cup was so sticky with caramel sauce. Funny. Girl, you definitely need better training. It's been months and you still can't read the mobile order label of cream base or coffee base frapp properly. For people who cannot take coffee it's a very serious issue.
Lots of inside and outside seating. I sat outside with my green bottle of juice and slice of lemon bread.
