This has to be the best subway you can experience. I used to live by one in my hometown and it was awful. This spot is clean, well run and the staff is friendly. On top of that, the sandwiches are fantastic. Great job.

Consistent and fast. Enjoy a sandwich and chips and your favorite soda. Not too many seats inside but the meals are fresh consistently good

It's extremely frustrating that this location will not accept any coupons or promotions when ordering on the app. Plus I have had problems with them ringing up higher prices than shown in the store. The customer service is 6/10. They are usually not rude but not friendly either, I guess you would call them indifferent. I would give them a higher rating if it wasn't for these things. They usually are staffed appropriately so the service is quick and our online orders are usually correct, which is definitely a huge plus. The taste and quality are standard for a subway.

Great great people with great service I regularly go there and their level of respect and patience for their customers is phenomenal. Their store is clean and organized and it has always been a pleasant experience for me to go there.

Finally! …a decent subway in this area! Friendly service and they build the sandwiches as expected, especially when it’s $10.49 per. ? The other area franchises could learn from the establishment. If you’re looking for a decent subway sandwich, in the greater San Ramon and Danville area, this is the only good one. ;)
This location has great service (like all the other reviews mention). The team works really hard and efficiently. I order a salad usually (sort of an outlier) but they mix it up in a large bowl, chop it and then serve it in the to-go container! Today the lunch line was pretty long but the team works together well and everyone was served and on their way quickly! It's been a tough couple years for folks working in restaurants. I appreciate this team, and when I need a Subway fix I'm at this location!

1. First impression: Clean and bright 2. The mask is over the nose!!!! This might sound nit picky but it is a rare to find someone following correct mask procedure 3. The vegetables and meat were fresh and clean 4. The Italian bread was crunchy on the outside and chewy 5. The sandwich preparer was on a roll (pun intended) and did 2 FL and 1 6 inch steak and jake quickly and without mistakes I don't know how things are on regular days but on this Saturday, they were on their A-game. I hope this is routine and not an exception.

Nicely filled sandwiches and properly stuffed unlike some other places. Good customer service. No communication issue ever unlike another nearby location where the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. This place feels much more welcoming.

This is my second time here over the course of 3 months. I ordered 3 footlongs. I ordered myself a tuna. The lady took the scoop and scrapped off the top on each scoop ...4 total. There were spots of bread not covered when I ate it and she spread the tuna on the bread with the scoop. As I recall at previous subways I've been to they use a full scoop. I am going to verify this. Even with the veggies on the sandwich it was more like eating a sandwich which was basically bread. I am going to take the half sandwich back and talk to them. From reading reviews on this site I think it may have been one of the owners. I will do a follow up review after I go back tomorrow. It will also determine whether I return to this location even though I live in the area.
