Didn't even get served This taco bell will not even take your order at the register. I waited almost 5 min with no lines befor asking if I could order. The older woman behind the desk just said "use the kiosk" witch now had 6 people waiting to use it and went back to waiting for the kiosk orders.

This location does everything in their power to not interact with customers. Even the menu is only available on the self-serve kiosk. There are only two people working at the busiest of times and one when slower. Once the burrito folding robot comes in, they will be gone too. Remember when people used to say "Hello, how can we help you today?" Ya, not at this place.

Waited 10 minutes and the staff never acknowledged us. We’re just talking with each other. Manager was present and did nothing. So sad. No customer service even when getting food for 8 people!

Slowest Taco Bell ever.

First of all they want you to order at a kiosk instead of talking to a human!See the picture below ?The food tastes good but the quantity is VERY small! Smallest burrito I have ever got at a Taco Bell!!The restaurant is clean, you just need to order twice as much!???No value!!

I decided to give this place one more try but it was worst. Food is not even made to perfection no more is all sloppy I asked for a chalupa they said you will have to wait 10 min or more for that I did not turn on the oven for that can i give you a gordita instead it was all nasty they want you to order at the kiosk fine but what if I have to pay cash I still have yo wait there on someone till they decide to help you and trust me it will take them a long time. This Taco Bell sucks

I tried ordering food for my kids and family on the app starting at 6:55 PM but it wouldn't take my order. I was driving by this location (off Diablo) which is the closet Taco Bell to my house and saw that. It was opened so I stopped. As I walked it just before 7:30 I noticed a young Hispanic male with no facial hair cleaning. He welcomed me in. I asked if they were closing and offered to go to another location and he said, no, we're open till 8, you still have time. I placed my order and I hear one of the two guys in the back yell, "0h my F-cking G-d! What the F-ck man! This is F-cking bull sh-t! I had already paid and told the friendly guy who welcomed me in that if I created a problem, I could go to another location. He told me no, they were happy to help and he apologized for his coworkers attitudes. They quickly made the items, placed hot and fire sauce into the bag when I asked for mild and the guy with the beard stormed off to the back while on his cell phone and the East Indian young man ignored me when I apologized for the inconvenience. The young Hispanic male with no facial hair apologized and was super polite and apologetic but the location definitely needs a staff update. I worked retail and food jobs as a kid and never ever had an outburst like what I experienced. It's a sad sign of the times.

This Taco Bell puts the right amount of red sauce and cheese in the bean burritos. 5 start for this bean burrito station.

Terrible customer service. There was 1 person ahead of me in line and the manager (no name tag) tells me he cannot take my order due to him having a stressful day and was very rude. Yelled at me to order at the kiosk and not over the counter. I told him I was paying cash and he said he didn't care just to order at the kiosk. I was the only person he said this to as the people behind me didn't have to use the kiosk. Felt really discriminated he was really rude will never come back.

MANAGER : if your business states you are open until 8pm, don't lock your doors at 7:50pm. Please train your employees if you are not aware.
