This is the definition of that homely diner vibe. You feel like you walked into someone's dining room to eat and watch the cars outside. One of the best breakfast spots I have been too that wasn't in the SOUTH.

By far the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time! Our waitress was so amazing. Kristina knew exactly what we wanted and made sure my son (who is 5) and I were well taken care of. My son enjoyed a hot chocolate with lots of whip cream and rainbow sprinkles And I enjoyed the eggs Benedict. I brought my own gluten-free English muffins, and the restaurant was so kind to prepare my meal with them. It was so delicious! This restaurant also gave my son coloring crayons and a cute Halloween themed menu that he colored throughout the meal and they also gave him some brand new hot wheels that he absolutely loved. This restaurant is a 10 out of 10.

I was on an early morning bike ride and decided to stop and take bike photos. I decided may as well fuel up for my adventure. I ordered the banana and pecan pancake. Chile, let me tell you..?"Best pancake, breakfast I had in my stay in San Ramon "! My plate arrived and was I surprised. The bananas and pecans and whip cream was artistically placed on my pancake. The eggs were fluffy and the sausage links had that crisp skin thing going on! "Oohhhh, I felt it right there"...? A True Masterpiece! It was cooked perfectly. Reminded of Mama's Saturday morning breakfasts! I sat outside and enjoyed the cyclists riding by and dog walkers. Do yourself a favor and visit Valley Medlyn's!

VM has been a favorite breakfast spot, not only because of its extensive menu, but mostly because of its staff. The staff appears like a well-oiled integral part of its charm.

Small with friendly staff. Order was a bit off as a request was forgotten plus drink order missed. Food was good

Stopped in today for lunch and they made our toddler feel so welcome and happy! She got a toy on her way in that she played with the whole time- and they also dropped off crayons and coloring paper. She made a mess of her smoothie (with whipped cream and sprinkles! -she thought it was ice cream) and they brought wet napkins for her too. The chicken salad sandwich, smoothie and chicken burger were all delicious! We loved the coffee cake too. Thanks for the kid friendly meal :)

I love this place. Great food. Best pancakes I've ever had. Christina is amazing, very sweet. I can see why it's so popular here. Highly recommend.

A sweet little brunch spot in downtown Danville! Came with a friend and had to wait a little bit to get a table for two on a Wednesday morning around 10am (though likely lots of people were off/home for the holidays). They kept good track of those waiting and we were lucky enough to snag a cozy booth. Drinks were sweet and delicious - I got a hot chocolate and my friend a latte and both came with a little chocolate tuile cookie :) I got the Medlyn scramble (recommended over the Greek omelette by the waiter) and it was so good! Definitely not for those on a diet with globs of cream cheese, well seasoned with plenty of hashbrowns and buttered toast. My friend has been here many times and loves the French toast special. She's vegetarian and they gave her a big bowl of fruit instead of meat! A classic friendly brunch spot with unique specials and homey feel - a great location and nice place to frequent!
