Pleasant environment and friendly workers! The two girls with nose piercings who were working treated me so kindly and got my bowl out as soon as they could. The dessert bowl was so yummy and the fruit was organized with care it looked so good. 10/10
I've been a client for years. Wow the customer service and employees are horrible. They are rude. The employees have a sailor mouths. Cussing in front of a handful of customers. Couldn't believe it. Unbelievable how horrible customer service of the staff especially the younger women who work there with glasses.

Very very slow service here. Another person in our party walked down Hartz to another restaurant, got their hot food and walked back to VB before I had a simple bowl. Also frustrating was being the only person (ordering one item )and the girl told me to use the Self Serve Kiosk which is 4 feet away from the register. Why? Can't you manage to take a simple order?
