There are a couple times that I have come into this panda express and I have not been satisfied with the service or atmosphere.Overall, I do not see people are spoken to in an inviting manner. There was an older lady in front of me that was asking about basic ingredients on the food and the lady serving her was passively rude and impatient.This is not the first time that I have a negative or unpleasant experience.What would be my advice?Work on building a positive and organized environment so employees are more able to be present, patient and customer-focused. Don’t have your eyes wondering around as your customer is looking at what to order, help them and guide them through their decision.& Ask yourself, if I were a customer walking in right now… how would I feel?

This location is busy. My order took a bit longer due to running out of food. What gets me , they took 15 minutes and still forgot my spring rolls. Well I guess I will never eat there again.
Online order still wasn't ready until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and I was waiting inside for the last 30 minutes of that. Asked twice about my order and was only told they were still working on it. All because one entree was not ready to be served. Asked for a third time what the hold up was and I told them to just swap the entree for a different item. The chow mein and other entree as well as the rangoons were cold when I finally got the order. Would have been out of there only a little late had people been informed that something they ordered was out and would be out for a while. It was literally 4x the original amount of time projected to get my food.... cold. I was better off had I ordered in person since someone would have told me they didn't have something.

Good job to all these young people working on a busy night. It looked super stressful, and these kids held it together exceptionally well. The food is just Panda Express, but the smiles under duress were exceptional.

I am currently a biological sciences major with a 3.97 GPA (I hate A-'s), so I believe my opinion holds as much weight as a troop of carnivorous red assed baboons circling a pride of callous, infertile lions ready to uno reverse their shit and became the predators. I would rather get a vasectomy TWICE than eat another piece of deceitful, doggy ass, genetically abysmal food at this establishment.With every bite, I felt my already low key pretty high key BMI increase as my body creaked and groaned, BEGGING me to stop. As my man Mike Sherm once said, "All I want to do is eat, I need a meal". Trust me Mike, you would rather NOT have this meal. They are rude, extremely slow, and just don't seem to care about large line forming. hate going to this Panda almost more than the drive on the 5 freeway back to Davis knowing the weekend is over and I have to clock back in. Honestly just close down the place, sell the building, go as far as selling the land to a private developer. Contrary to the fortune I attached below, I am NOT where I'm supposed to be.

Ordered catering online 3 days in advance to be delivered at 1:00. Food was done cooking at 1:30. Food arrived without plates or utensils. My whole event (~40 people) was stalled for over an hour because I had to personally leave and go back to the store for plates and utensils.I also did not receive a receipt or email confirmation at any time except when I personally went to the store the morning of, which should not be necessary. This is the worst catering service I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I expect more for a $400 order.

Coming here is like walking into a Kafka novel. 30+ minute wait every single time. Everything is running low or out. How long is it gonna take for this item? Anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Can I substitute for that item? Sure but it'll still take 20 minutes because 10 other people are waiting for their orders.I'm lazy and there's no other Chinese takeout near me so I keep coming back. Each time I pray for competent service. But it never happens. This building needs to be razed.
