Came here bc I've enjoyed the T% in Sac and Santa Clara so I had high expectations. Ordered a jasmine milk tea w/ agar boba (50% sweet) from the kiosk and got my drink maybe 3 min later bc there were no other customers. The first sip was alright, but then I couldn't taste the tea after that anymore. The jasmine was floral and tasted great (but again only for the first sip and maybe a couple sips after if I took a break from drinking). The agar boba was just like normal agar boba so I still enjoyed the drink. Overall, not my favorite T%, but maybe I'll give it another try if I'm back in the area.

I've been here many times because I used to work in Downtown Davis and T% was close by. The boba is good, not the worst and not the best I've had. The shop is very small, basically standing room only. It often gets really crowded since there's not much space to wait for your drink. Service is okay, not particularly friendly. This time we ordered 3 drinks and the wait was long given there was only one group ahead of us-- 20 minutes. My boyfriend and his brother received their drinks and we had to wait even longer because mine hadn't come out yet. We asked the staff about my drink and they said I should've already gotten it. Nope, I didn't get my drink and there were no drinks that were done on the counter. The staff said to each other, "Okay who stole their drink??" I think the group ahead of us had stolen my drink since the staff confirmed they already made it. It's not T%'s fault that another customer stole my drink, but maybe they should change their practices so that orders aren't just placed on the counter for people to take. You don't have to confirm your order number with staff when you pick up an order, so it's very easy for anyone to just come in and steal someone else's drink/food. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba and it was alright. Not worth the wait and hassle.

Stopped by on the way back to the bay and I'm glad we did! Got my go to drink- jasmine milk tea and it was perfect. Got it at 80% sweet. There was a good amount of floral in the tea and the boba was nice and chewy with some sweetness to it. My partner got the mango green tea at 50% sweetness and I got to say it's probably the best one I had in a long while. There was strong mango flavor and ripe mango bits. The flavor did not taste artificial at all. Even at 50% sweet it was delicious. I usually like 75% but my partner likes 50% and it was still good! Would definitely be back!

The service and food are great in my opinion. I had the black milk tea with boba and the hot Cheetos mozzarella stick. Order ahead of time before going into the store because on the weekends it's busy! The ambiance and music are a vibe especially when waiting for your food. Hoping for more meal choices in the future. Also, the mochi donuts are my favorite as well. Especially the churro, s'mores, and taro donuts.

I need my boba fix, and this is my go to spot in Davis. This is a quick grab and go spot, but they serve mochi donuts too if you need a snack. Service kiosk makes it easy as well.

It was my first time trying T% and I was sadly disappointed by what I had gotten. I ordered a taro mochi drink with 30% sweetness but the taro tasted different, almost artificial like compared to the taro drink I usually get at teaspoon. I was also surprised how sweet the drink still was for being 30% sweetness. I may try another flavor at another time but for now teaspoon is still my favorite boba place in Davis.
Genuinely so sad that my last two times here have been a huge disappointment. I would always get the jasmine green milk tea from her since it's so herbal-y and creamy, but these last 2 times were just straight up water. I went today to give it another shot thinking that the last time I went ( a month ago ) was just an off day but it was as watery as it was a month ago. It seems as if they've changed the recipe or are cutting corners. It literally tastes like a cup of tea where the tea bag has been used 10 previous times already. I miss the old green milk tea :p for $7 a skinny cup it really shouldn't taste like water with a hint of tea.

I love T%. One of my top choices for boba places in Davis. My favorites would be the Taro mochi, Tie Guan Yin milk tea. However, the store is a little small, with limited seating outside. The service is great, friendly staff.

This is my second time here and it never disappoints. The first time I got the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! It gave me a stomachache but it was probably because the milk was regular. But next time I will get it with oat milk. I asked the nice ladies behind the counter if it was possible to get oat milk and they were like of course. They were both super nice! They told me to let them know what my order number is and what drink you want to replace with oat milk. I really appreciated it because my stomach doesn't do well with regular milk especially soy milk. This time I got the Matcha Oreo Tonado and replaced the soy milk with oat milk. It was delicious and my tummy appreciated it! This is a perfect mid-day snack or dessert after a meal. This place is one of my favorite boba spots. Great service and amazing boba!
