Terribly rude attitude and work ethic as if she doesn’t have to work. The owner is not there so you can’t expect them to treat everything with slight consideration and decency.Gave them back the drink, no need for haggling or refund, i would simply never come back nor recommend.Unless your expectation is mediocre, and you like to be treated like you are desperately asking her for a favor. There are plenty of chain boba place that know how to be a decent human being. Even a child’s lemon stand would treat you much better than the employees here.

T4 is great. A wide selection of regular and milk teas. And the boba is delicious. The flavors are great. Always a good drink. And the basil popcorn chicken is really good.Kid-friendliness: There's lots of seating options and there's a little side room with some fun group games like giant connect 4 and other board games.

Only good thing about this place is the employee Liam who actually makes it seem like he cares about you and the service you are paying for! Other employees are rude and clearly want to be elsewhere…so go…but Liam made it so much nicer!! Thanks Liam.

The decor of this T4 in Davis, CA is SO CUTE!! I love how they have such cute lounging areas. But not only that, they have a area for boba and games. And it's away from the register which is the best because no one wants to be super loud at the register! It gives the space for people to play games loud and not interrupt orders being taken. They also have a few signs up on picking up orders, garbage can attention, etc. it keeps things in order in my opinion. There was also the option for oversea's payment which I thought was super convenient for those abroad. The boba was just as expected, super good and well worth it. My nieces also ordered some chicken egg rolls which were massive and crunchy! I had never been to this location before and it's in a smaller shopping center tucked away, but was such a pleasant surprise walking in!

I love T4 but their consistency when it comes to the amount of food/snacks they serve is not right. I ordered popcorn chicken every time i come and sometimes it's full to the top but most of the times it's half way full. The last time I went i ordered two popcorn chicken and I opened it before I went home to add some chili powder and it was halfway full. When I asked the worker why it's half way she said "it's because we're running low on chicken" Well, that is not my fault. I'm paying FULL PRICE so I should get the full amount right? I just hope they change this. This happened to me few times already and the last one I went, I finally said something.
