Mostly good, however waiters, waitresses and the people that bring your food to your table should learn to not talk directly over your food when they out it down on the table. Her face was inches above our plate and she was telling us what it was and to enjoy.

Beautiful setting wonderful service. but the food was mediocre. Nothing tastes fresh. Let's put it this way. If they change the chef it will be an amazing place to go. Until then we will refrain recommending or returning

Restaurant Week meal was just OK. The appetizer, bread and dip were good. The spaghetti entrée with baked scallops and shrimp was just OK. No attention after the meal was delivered.

I love this owner/manager. I've been to her previous restaurant, Villa Capri, and loved it, and now there's a place closer to home!I've been to Aqua Mare twice now and had an extraordinary experience each time. First was without a reservation on Valentine's Day asking nicely if we waited could we be seated (we were seated within 10 minutes, had the best food, and a wonderful time!), and second time on a weeknight. Both occasions the food was lovely, the manager was prompt and kind, and our server was extremely attentive.Dietary restrictions: Told our server about nut allergies and she triple checked everything promptly for us!

It was a horrible experience we went on March 8th around 6:45 am and we put order around 7:05 and our appetizer came around 7:45 and our main dish came around 8:20 and the maindishes were horrible 1/10. This restarunt had some private event and was jnable to handle the full fledged customers and also the private party. If you cant manage it please stop accepting the people. Pathetic management. Never Again

It was busy and they still managed to keep the food and service top notch. I will return to enjoy a less chaotic evening, totally forgot it was restaurant week. But with that stated, they pulled together as a team and delivered a nice evening and the food was amazing! New favorite place for us.

Honestly probably bad night. We never got our entrees after being there for an hour and 45 mins. The table next to us sat after us and was finished, boxed up and paid bill before our food got there. We ended up canceling they didn't charge us but would love to actually have tried the main dishes.
Services was outstanding as well as the ambience. The food was OK, not memorable though. We had the salmon and the shrimp and scallop pasta. We've had better at other local Italian restaurants.

First time coming here and we'll be back! Everything was outstanding, from happy hour at the bar to our dinner on the heated patio. Giovanni and Tat were both great. Thanks for a fun night.

This is the best value I have found in North County. The food is excellent and the prices very reasonable. The people are friendly and warm. I'm afraid to get the word out because it'll be hard to get a reservation.
