So we have food delivered to our school at Sycamore Ridge and with this place its turned into a joke. They don't deliver to the school for some reason and use uber or other unreliable places to make deliveries. They can't even put names on the package with the label so when it arrives we know whose food it is. I have never seen such a cluster to get lunch delivered. It seems to me lack of management to be able to provide good service.From the experiences at this point I would not order again from here, and for sure would not bother to visit the store, nor recommend. I mean how hard take an order.. get it right and with names on the labels so you don't have to open the package to figure out whose food it is. If you want your food at the time you need to have it, and get it correct don't order from here they don't carry the responsibility they blame uber eats who is another joke of a company.

First time and it didn't disappoint the staff recommended the Turkado and it was delicious! Had a honey blonde to wash it down ....good stuff!

I have been coming here for years eating there sandwiches with secret sauce. Now I’m doing there gluten free wrap sandwiches and they are amazing! Go to spot for Del Mar grab and go healthy food. It’s all about the secret sauce!

Love the roast beef dip and there is always a crowd and people waiting to pick up. Quintessential casual north county restaurant experience.
Best sandwich shop around. This is the original one and its in the best location. Easy to take one to-go and bring it to the beach, or stay and have an ice cold brew while there. You must get their sauce if you go. In my opinion it what makes the sandwich SO incredibly good. I usually get the cold ones (turkado) but i have had the chicken sandwich as well which was great.

Unfortunately, the food is just not as good as it used to be. The sandwiches don't have much meat on them, the salads are soggy, and the tuna is not recommended. I noticed a decline starting right after Covid hit. I would recommend that the management go back to the way things used to be and stop cutting corners. I'm not the only guest who has noticed the change; you can hear people talking about it while they're outside eating.

Please don’t ever eat a salad there. I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from there in 12 months. The first time was mild, not a tremendous issue. The second time (yesterday) was one of the worst bouts of food poisoning I have ever had. I ate exactly one thing yesterday, their salad and within 6 hours I was violently dealing with food poisoning.
