The food is good when they actually have the ingredients. Every time we order at this location, they are out of something. Today it was the grilled veggies. I asked if I could wait for them to be cooked and they said they would need to slice them and it would take forever. They had at least 5 people working and a minimal line at 3pm and we all wanted the veggies.

Amazing Night Crew!Hard working, polished communication, good team work and chemistry: this store has some excellent hires.I am particularly impressed with Gabe, both handling several people at once, and keeping good cheer. There were some demanding customers, and he put them at ease. He puts great care into his work.Next, Shae was helping others, but is one of those guys, who keeps the line moving, has a great personality and is a leader, in being responsible for his customers and providing excellent assistance to his peers.Last, we have Khloe. Pure integrity. Pure talent. This one permeates with all of the qualities that says Winner.Great store. It is a pleasure to eat at this location. All of the materials, presentation and human interaction are at top standards.

Very dirty place, too many staff and dirty tables, floor full of garbage, it seems that a manager is needed to make sure the restaurant looks a little clean since the diners are mostly Anglo-Saxon and a restaurant with a Mexican name looks bad!

The Red Vinegar Fresca was either bad, old or tainted. Smelt bad and got sick after 2 sips. I've had it many times there was something seriously wrong with this one batch.
There have been three separate occasions where we have ordered Uber eats, and our order has been either completely wrong or missing an item altogether. Every single time we get our order it's cold, and it just looks like a mess like it was put together in the dark. A chicken taco was labeled as a chicken burrito. How do you get that wrong ?

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. Slow to prepare the food, they were out of 3 different items in the serving bins (lettuce, white rice, carne asada), only 2 flavors of soda were working and the ice machine was broken. 4 tables were filthy, and the restroom was horrible! And the toilet paper in the dispenser was soaked with water (hopefully it was water) To top it off the lettuce had many brown spots and looked old, and the salad with chicken as the protein was very bland and sub-par. This location needs a new manager.

Food & atmosphere & everything else was awful. It’s a bunch of kids that work there, nothing wrong with that however I did question the cleanliness of this place. not only is the food that you will get super old, but it also tastes nothing like what the other chipotles taste like. I got chicken and it was disgusting. My husband also got food poisoning here and the 3 other people in our party had stomach cramps. Definitely submitted a complain to HHS. This place should not be operating like this, absolutely unacceptable.
