I’ve only been to Flower child one other time.. I ordered the Turkey Cobb Salad … months later I ordered the salad because it was so good. This time it was such a disappointment.. I got 10 of the core of the romaine lettuce.. instead of the leaves.. and instead of cubed fresh Turkey meat I got chopped Turkey lunch meat.. and the Gorgonzola vinaigrette dressing was half the amount I received last time. I got it all to go after work… when I got home ..What a disappointment ?

Love this place. Great vegan options. Gluten free and meat options also. Never had a bad dish here.Dietary restrictions: Lots of Gluten free dishes.Parking: Lots of free parking in the area its located but stays pretty busy. Sometimes hard to find a close spot depending on the day.

Friendly service.There was a short line to order, deli style, but the food was brought to the table with little wait when we were there, arriving around 5:30 on a Tuesday. We sat outside on the patio. Very pleasant.What's not to like? Only the (lack of) available parking. Amazing bad.Parking: Terrible parking! Too many stores and way, way too many potential customers for what's available.Plan to circle and eventually get lucky.

Great for groups- Large tables and we had children with our group and they were able to play on the turf outside the downstairs area while we were waiting for our food. I ordered the turkey and avocado salad with steak (I like protein) which was absolutely delicious. The protein made it extra filling. A sliced hard boiled egg would have elevated it perfectly so a note to myself to add that next time if it's an option. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Will definitely eat here again.

Great Veggie food choices and also "clean" meat fish options. Yummy teas and lemonade. I love the way they cook the tofu! Nice spacious seating inside and outside. Great for large groups. Everything was great in the cookies! Service is very friendly.
We found this place recently and are so happy to have tried it! The food was exceptional, even the kids meal steak tasted great, and it's was a healthy balanced meal for a kid with vegetable and fruit sides. The service was fantastic, everyone that works here that we interfaced with was so friendly and kind. The design of the restaurant is notable too, it's beautiful inside, clean and fits the esthetic of the business well.

Here in Del Mar from Montana for my daughters soccer tournament and after her first game she googled healthy local places to eat and apparently Flower Child popped up. My wife snd I looked at tbe menu which looked delicious and said that looks perfect. Her sister on the other hand stated, "I don't want healthy food". I'm happy to report that all four of us very much enjoyed this establishment and would go back. Tasty food, friendly staff and fast service!

I love flower child but my most recent experience was disappointing my food came out as cold as it gets, steak felt as if it just came out of the fridge and my broccoli tasted bland which isn't normal for this place. I didn't have it in me to ask them to remake it since it was a little busy .

Was looking for a quick bite heading through Del Mar and found Flower Girl. I excited to see the large number of gluten free options. I enjoyed the Rebel Wrap, which was delicious. My lunch date enjoyed the Flying Avacado Wrap, which was yummy as well. Both came with a spring mix, that had little to no dressing. We chose sides of sweet potato fries and gluten free Mac and cheese, both were small but delicious. The portions aren't tremendously large, but they are fresh, and delicious. I can't wait to go back.
