I don't know why this ihop has mid reviews,we had a great early dinner here with Janet being our server she was the nicest ever brought out fresh hot coffee,the food was hot the servings were big and everything tasted great.

Passing through this city of Delano and dined at iHop. We had the most AMAZING server by the name of Janet. She was attentive, always checking in on us, friendly, and very professional. She made our dining experience OUTSTANDING . Janet needs to be recognized for her exemplary mannerism and dedicated skills as a server. The food was delicious and well cooked. I had the grilled chicken salad and it was delicious. My family had waffles & chicken, the split decision breakfast and my lil' girl had kids Mac n cheese. I would definitely recommend dining at this particular iHop in Delano. Ask for Janet for an extra fabulous dining experience.

Customer service at this IHOP is genuine. The manager knows how to greet his customers. Our waitress was awesome and ready to help us. Plenty of parking space. This IHOP is located t the Walmart Shopping Center just off the 99 freeway. Very easy off and back on the freeway if you are traveling. Plenty of parking space for your travel trailer or motorhome! Clean restrooms. Clean chairs and tables. I highly recommend this IHOP to eat.Kid-friendliness: Good for families with little ones

We have been back multiple times for meetings . Every time the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is always great, and served in a timely fashion. We have about 30 people ordering off the menu, yet the kitchen gets our food out, done well, very quickly so our meeting flows smoothly. Highly recommend for the food, service, and for meetings

My husband and I come here often and love the customer service from greetings to payment. Our server Diana was very friendly and really nice, she was really sweet chatting with us and was good about taking back my eggs to get well done since I couldn’t have them raw. We also had Janet stop by and check up on us and had a little chat, we always see her up and down checking on not just her customers but others as well.

I ordered my food through the app, food was supposed to be ready by 8:41 called it in said it would be ready in 15 minutes called at 9:00 said another 15 minutes just to hear him say can someone get started on this guys order, my order wasn't even started with to begin with and I've been waiting at the curbside pick up parking spot this whole time. I believe they are catering for the people who walk in and don't consider the curbside or online customers. Wished I dined in and had Janet as my server! Oh well!
I had a great time eating at the restaurant. The waiters janet and manager were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have an awesome customer service.. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

Overpriced and poor quality is this restaurants motto! A side order of a small dry and tasteless piece of ham for $6? Ridiculous! I had the country fried steak and it wasn't worth the $17! No need to write anymore, just stay away from here!

When we walked in and we were waiting to hear the wait times, the server didn’t even look at us and he let a party of 5 behind us, who had just walked in get seated before us right away, when we We had to wait 5 minutes. When we finally get our food, it’s all cold. Our waitress didn’t reappear for refills either. I would put 0 stars if I could.
