We were standing in the front for a long time, and the lady up front would just keep looking at us and trying to avoid talking to us and then suddenly asked if "we had a mobile order or something" w an attitude. Couldve atleast said "we'll be right w you or something instead of trying to hide from the customers. And like obviously we're trying to order if we're standing in front of the registers for a reason. And then the lobby's a/c is on blast so its uncomfortable to even sit in there.

Worst Jack in yhe Box so far. The shift leader had a big hickie in her neck and her attitude was very unfriendly. The drive through kid didn't even great when we got to the microphone, but at least he was paying attention to his cell phone, since he was looking at it all the time. The food: I eat some of it because I was hungry. Sorry to have spent over $30 at this location.

Dec.7th 2023 this evening ordered a #13 , grilled chicken sandwich and it was horrible. The chicken in sandwich was dry, kinda like it was reheated and veggies were soggy. I've always know for Grilled Chicken Sandwich to taste good. But the one I had was horrible.?

Didn't get my order right. Took 15 min to get my food. The employees were rude. I went st 3 am and they were not busy and the employee asked my to park in front I said ok I thought maybe there were low staff but no when I parked and I looked in the window there was 5 employees working then the team lead are manager came and brought me my food and then when I looked 3 items were missing. SMH they need better staff or better manager to teach the staff.
