I really love this McDonald's the workers are very kind and helpful, the morning managers are also nice. Crystal is awesome. The food is always fresh and they work fast to get your order out. The GM here Hector is also awesome. 10/10 here for me and my family ??

They mess up the order a lot, even though I just got two McDoubles and French fries...really it's not that hard to remember beef instead of chicken. Also they have the nerviest nastiest mchickens known to human kind, garbage. Wasted my time with this mchicken, but i Guess that why y'all are working at mickey d's, dimwits...the people that work here don't care at all about their job. But I don't blame y'all the pay is shit.
Customer service is a big issue on the drive thru for this McDonald's. I haven't been to this location in a while but I will say that the person in the drive thru had a disgusted look when I came to pick up my food. I'm not sure what the reason is for that disgusted stare but I can definitely say that it was for me. I would also like to point out that she had tattoos on her arm, which is not allowed in a workplace like that. I work at a fast food as well and I know for sure that tattoos are not suppose to be visible. With that being said, there is no reason for that attitude nor the unprofessional attire that I received for my drive thru pick up order. Have a nice day and I hope you guys fix this issue!!!

Worst service ever. I went today 6/15 around 7pm through drive-thru and the person at the window is not professional enough to work with customers. I told her I was missing my juices with the happy meals and a median Frappe, and she just gave me the Frappe and not the juices, she doesn’t even say sorry or apologized for it. She just closed the window and that’s it. I say thank you and she never answer just close the window and left.

New renovation made this place a nice sit down clean fast food restaurant. It's been sitting on Cecil for a long time and changed through out time. I enjoy the quick meal and cheap fills. Staple food since I was a kid, never stopped dining in and just eat then go.
