My husband and I come here on a regular basis. I'm a sushi addict and it's the only place here in Delano that we go to. We love the convenience of their drive-thru; we call our order in ahead and around whatever timeframe they give us we come through and pick up our food. The interior is small; it's an intimate little spot and their chairs could use a little TLC, but this has never been an issue for my husband and I, since we rarely eat inside anyway.

Probably the only well known local Sushi spot in Delano. Just wish the place was bigger for when it's packed ? food & desserts here are always delicious. Been coming here since it opened.
Cucumber salad had the stickers on it when buying from the store I chewed and almost choked. The tuna is old and can't eat it made me vomit. It wasn't always like this when I used to come here and now I wouldn't go back. Drove from Tulare to get their sushi yuck!!

Have tried fine dining by the ocean and the sushi and food here is still WAY better flavor wise and obviously price wise. I would give Oishi 10000/5 stars if I could.
Service was top notch! I didnt catch his name, but he handled the dining area, drive-thru, door dash, the phones all with grace and was still personable with you. Food was great. Place was small inside, but that just makes ur food get there faster ?

The food was delicious. The service was great. Don't look for ambiance, and you have to go outside and around the building to get to the restroom. The floors and walls weren't what you could describe as clean, but the kitchen was fine. I'd definitely return for the food!

This place is a hidden jewel. From the outside looks like is closed and ran down, but it’s not. Go in. You won’t regret it. Best Oriental, better yet, best Japanese food in the area. Located in central Delano: Main Street. Not enough tables to sit inside and not outdoor either. More than likely is better to take out unless you get lucky and sit indoors. Prices are reasonable. I truly believe if the owners were to find a better place, this establishment will explode in Delano and getting more people of the freeway to eat in Delano… I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great all around Japanese Food! ?
