Having dinner on a Friday night. Everything was going pretty good until the Manager Nick started disciplining one of his employees for serving a family beer after 9pm. Husband & Wife two kids having dinner & this Manager went off on the poor guy for getting this family a pitcher of beer to have with there pizza. This type of behavior from a Manager is very unexeptable!!! As a paying customer I will never return to this establishment because of the way they treat there employees. The workers name was Fabien and he deserves a raise for great customer service... taking care of the paying customer.

Excellent service and food! And I say service first because from the moment we walked in the employees were so helpful! They were always jam packed from orders from phone and restaurant. I knew they were busy! They had to call in "NIK" he made us feel like family he Compensated are pizza because we were waiting awhile he always gave us wings on the house due to our 2 hrs wait he felt terrible they had new staff on the floor when he came in he was all business he always stated he had just got off a 9 he shift and get t called in! He was amazing thank you so much nik and Claudia for excellent service!! U guys did amazing!

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. The customer service was terrible, we were discriminated for being Spanish speakers. We placed our order in Spanish and the lady at the register which clearly spoke Spanish would only answer in English. There was no problem with that until we were denied salads. After we placed our order, another person came in and ordered a salad and got one. I asked politely for a salad and had a wait time of 15 minutes for a salad. On top of that, we ordered two pizzas and only got one. We went to ask for the second pizza and they claimed the receipt says that there was no second pizza. They did not want to give us the second pizza. More than 25 minutes of wait later we got the pizza in a box. I felt unwanted there and discriminated for speaking Spanish. Delano is a town known for the hispanic population, I don't believe this place is fit for our community.

I hardly ever order from RT but I decided to try something different than my usual. I was not disappointed at all. I was helped by the Mgr. Vanessa and she was very nice and patient with me. My pizza was delicious and the lemon pepper wings are now my favorite!!! Didn't give it 5 stars because the price is a little steep but they do not skimp on the toppings! And you can request all drums or all flats if you'd like!!!

Incredible mismanagement of customer service. On hold 15 minutes while on way to restaurant. I arrive and politely approach counter with my phone on hold. Counter guy apologizes and explains rush. I share I understand and he asks for my order. I tell him I would like a large combo pizza. He then continued to share the reasons for leaving me on hold and again I say no worries. Then he asks again what would I like. I answer that I have already told him my order. He goes off on me, “hey man you don’t have to come at me. You need to relax!” I had no issue and no attitude but this guy woke up ion wrong side of the bed. The other customers there began to defend me as I was bewildered at his outburst. He continued in his unprofessional rant. I politely excused myself and said I’d take my business elsewhere. Wow. What the heck is wrong with that guy? Never again.

I love the variety of flavors and toppings here! I'm determined to try each and every one of the wing flavors! So far they've all been delicious. I love that they use the tiny pepperoni! They're so crispy! Yum! They also currently use a delivery service so you don't even have to leave your home to have your favorite pizza and wings. Can't wait to order again soon!

Excellent quality pizza. I ordered the all meat and added mushrooms, olives and garlic. The pizza was one of the best round table pizzas I have ever had. Pizza was hot, dough was perfect and ingredients all fresh and flavorful.Very expensive pizza for delivery. Medium pizza with a 2 liter and it was over $40 with a tip for the driver.Would have gave them a 5 stars but they did forget an item I ordered with the delivery but bless the grubhub delivery driver for going back and making it right.
