Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been going to this sonic for so long despite my orders never being made correctly. Paying for extras that I never receive. And when you let them know they do not refund you the difference of the extra you paid and didn’t receive. They just apologize. I’ve probably lost over $50 in upgrades to drinks and it’s honestly just ridiculous. The last time I reported this they said sorry and would give me a small popcorn chicken with purchase. lol how ridiculous is that. I never order food, just drinks so why would I need this? And why would I need to make another purchase that would most likely be made incorrect. If you do decide to come to this location Be ready to wait 30+ minutes for your items and then have them made incorrectly because they know nobody is willing to wait another 30 minutes just to get something corrected. This is the worst sonic location ever.

I went to sonic because me and my mom were craving a box of chicken tenders and fries, I got my box and started eating… guess what? I lifted up a chicken piece and there was roaches under my chicken. They were dead inside there.My mom went back inside and got her money back too.Please do not eat here it is not healthy? they have to go out of business.

HORRIBLE service! They make you wait SOOO long just to order & the girl that takes orders and charges at the window is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! I've gone a few times and she always says something is out or not working, like is it really not or you just don't want to make slushies/icecream! The way she says thing is SO rude and makes me never want to go back! Hire more polite/professional employees

Good to know they turn off the ice cream machine 23 minutes before closing. - I went to order some Oreo blasts and the person taking orders never stated they shut down their ice cream machine. I sat there for a couple of minutes deciding what to order but they could have told me they turned off the machine. If you close at 10 PM, why turn off machines before closing? I get you want to leave ASAP but turning off machines before closing, that's a big no-no.

Everyone is so good, but the slushes don’t know what kind of water they use for the ice that gives it a funky taste I’ve had slushes from other sonic around they all taste so much better

Didn't really even get what I requested fixed my order when she read it back to me trying to correct things she acted like she fixed it but when I saw my order WORNG! asked for French fries received tots. Burger was cold, old lettuce, burnt bacon. Took one bite and tossed the rest. My limeade even was s**** I see why these guys have the ratings they do. Someone help these guys! One star is giving them too much credit.
