I'm always impressed by the freshness and quick service here. Everything, from the delicious food to the flavorful salsas and their own in-house crafted chorizo (availablefor purchase by the pound). Sundays feature delicious carnitas and menudo estilo michoacano. Another plus, they also offer catering services! Be sure to ask about their catering services for your next get-together.Parking: They share a lot with a physical therapy center, but it's usually empty, so theirs plenty of parking. The entrance is on 11th Street just before the train tracksWheelchair accessibility: The food truck is on a flat surface, so there aren't any steps to climb

During my physical therapy session next door, I decided to give a try to a remarkably clean taco truck. It served me a delightful torta and burrito, satisfying my hunger and leaving my stomach happily full. I am coming back. Good food!

Torta was very fresh and good. Lettuce, sour cream, beans, tomatoes, good amount of asada, fresh bread and yummy green salsa. Nice quick stop with dang good food. Would definitely recommend if your in town. Service was efficient and ambiance was chill. It was a nice place to stop and eat

My wife was craving for some taco from the taco truck.I search and this is one of the spot that pop up.I saw that it had 5 stars so had to try it.Not disappointed.Found a new spot to go when I'm in Delano.Parking: Parking lot is really small,so I can't really say how hard it would be to find one since I went before everyone got off work.

I've seen this truck quite a few times and decided to give it a try. Let me start by saying that the food truck is very clean and the service was quick and easy. We purchased tacos de cabeza, a torta de asada and a quesadilla. Everything was delicious including the salsa. The tacos de cabeza were the best that we've ever had and that's saying a lot for somebody that's grown up in the Central Valley. I highly recommend everything on the menu.

We stopped for tacos in Delano. We couldn't find the first establishment. The second was closed. On our way back to the freeway, we noticed the food truck.Much to our surprise, the food and service was great. The selection was very authentic. I'm a pescatarian (vegetarian that eats fish) so the only thing I could eat was the quesadilla. It was filled with a yummy cheese, and super crispy outside. The green sauce was a nice addition. My husband got street tacos and also was very satisfied. Not super cheap, with lemonade, it was $14. But a pretty good price for a food truck.

Ordered a torta de adobada and a jamaica to drink. The sandwich - fresh telera bread, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, the adobado was tender - flavored but not overly spicy, not overly salty and just enough of the braising liquid to flavor the sandwich but not make it fall apart. The Jamaica was not overly sweet, and I think it was fresh brewed and not from concentrate of powder. The guy taking the order was a native speaker of both English and Spanish and switched depending on the customer. Interestingly, they have two phone numbers to call in orders, one for English and one for Spanish. Solid food trailer. @tacostangancicuaro is posting updated schedules and food pictures on Facebook and Instagram. And check out the mural on the trailer, great tribute to his parents hometown of Tangancicuaro, Michoacán
