The go-to, the one and only, the best for tacos de cabeza! The meat is steamed and super soft. Served with little salt packets so you can season as you wish, cilantro, onion, a lemon wedge, and their famous red salsa! They are small tacos, with your choice of single or double tortilla. I do single tortilla to have space for more tacos, haha! The line may be long, certain nights, but it's definitely worth it. FYI: There are no bathrooms here, so come with an empty bladder and stomach!!

Finally made it to the area to try this place out. They're in a parking lot where a little convenience store is. Very friendly service. I love cabeza and it's the first choice for all my tacos. And I usually go to taco trucks. I possibly had high expectations but it just was ok. I may come back if I'm in the area and try again, but I was sad to say it didn't have much taste. My tortillas kept falling apart, and they didn't seem cooked enough. What makes them really stand out is their really hot sauce.

AMAZING TACOS!Soooooooooooooooooooooo much better than the same old Al Pastor & Carna Asada tacos every other Taco Truck sell AND different in the best way possible.Beware of the Extra Hot Triple X salsa (you have to ask for it) it's BRUTAL tasty but I had tears rolling down my face for two minutes! The HOT one (Habanero was good AND very hot but it didn't make me cry, I will stick to the MEDIUM one in the future!GO! GO! GO!

their tacos de cabeza makes my cabeza go crazy!! so good!!! They give you the option of getting it with a single or double tortilla which is amazing! Then once you add the lime, it is the best dang taco ever! You'll keep coming back for more!

Tacos Chavez! Nothing comes close! Always hot, consistent, friendly and 45 years of watching their kids grow up to be fine adults. The salsa is the same home made and the cabesa is fresh and lean. I go twice a week. Keeps me Happy!
