Decided to order breakfast for my work crew at 4:30 am. Waited 30 mins in line for 4 breakfast platter and one loaded breakfast combo with a water and every single order was missing something and the hash browns were old and hard. The sandwich was completely missing the egg and just had two sausage patties.

Ordered 30$ worth of food the whole order was cold and wrong and food safety violation. Those woman need to be fired they are going to get somebody sick serving old food. I'll will be back in the morning to speak with the manager because if you dont want todo your job the quit don't serve old food I spent 30$ smh. The tortilla was hard as a rock the chicken had cheese because it was old food everything was a food violation they served me and I ordered online smh they need to be fired this isn't the first time but it will be the last.
Curly fries were old and the drive thru attendant was careless to ask if I wanted any sauce very bland attitude.

The girl on the intercom first asked if I wanted to try their "bagels" and when I asked for her to come again, she said "egg rolls" lmao I nearly died laughing because they don't sound anything alike! I did get my current comfort of the crispy spicy chicken wraps and they were on point as always with a Red Bull Infusion (:

The manager of this store should definitely be the manager that trains all your managers. It was my birthday and i was feeling sad. My 8yr old grandson went to the counter and told this to Erika. He asked if she would sing and make his grandma feel special. That is exactly what she did. This manager took time in the middle of a lunch to get another employee and answer a wish for my grandson and they sang Happy Birthday to me. They made me feel very special and my grandson feel very proud. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erica runs a tight ship, she has those qualities that are above and beyond when it comes to customer service. My grandson is 9, his favorite restaurant for our "sit down" dinner time is Erika's store in Desert Hot Springs, CA.Thank you from the bottom of my heart Erika.Kenda Decastro, Grandma

I used to work for this Jack in the box and was told by HR I could have my job back after I healed from an injury now I'm being told that the manager Anthony is not allowed to answer my phone calls and to tell me they are not hiring... I'm saying it on a review because I'm making it publicly known that I feel discrimination is going on at this particular Jack in the box.. try to reach Betty the general manager and was told she is the one that said don't hire me... Got me a lawyer it's the principle behind it... Taking food out of the mouths of my family and mine.
